    Truffles galore

After trying their chocolate at the American Dream Mall location, and spending a small fortune, I braved the Manhattan traffic and visited the Lexington Ave loc. I was blown away and bought loads more. I event dropped $62 on an advent calendar for my kiddo. They have different sizes but of course she wanted the largest one. The best part about this location compared to the one st the mall is that you're able to try their limited flavors also. The mall location did not allow tastes of the Dubai chocolate bar.

Stopped by this location and bought a box of truffles. Staff was very friendly and patient. Shop was clean and well stocked. All of the truffles in my assortment ($70) were great. Really rich and creamy. Bought a small FrischSchoggi pouch assortment ($35) last time. Really loved the macadamia one and the fruity ones. Beautiful packaging worthy for gift giving.

This was a tasting visit more than a purchase visit as I didn't buy anything . What we tasted was divine . Chocolate can't go wrong but if it's fine Swiss chocolate that's elevated with nuts , dried rose pistachio cream and the likes it takes on a delectable form . Silky or shud I say velvety richness of the chocolate, nuttiness from the hazelnuts that interludes with the chocolatey goodness makes every bite irresistible. It's a bit pricey that makes you want to think , but once you sink your teeth into another chocolatey bite , it makes your heart melt and pushes you to buy and take home the treat for a relaxed indulgence. Yet I kept my calm and passed on the opportunity to buy this visit as I am watching my sugar intake and didn't want to have this on standby which would make it challenging to resist . Until next time I will wait it out ... but you don't have to .. rush in and go for it ....

This was our second time getting chocolate from this location (the chocolate went so quickly last time, there was barely a chance to get pictures); suffice it to say, they have some fantastic product here, with a great assortment of different artisan chocolates and truffles. Of the options they have available, we picked out some possible favorites: Florentiner--chocolate layered with caramelized almond Florentine, Mixed Fruit White Chocolate--white chocolate embedded with pistachios, almonds and caramelized orange, Hazelnut milk, and their limited edition Pumpkin Spice Milk-Blond--with spices and caramel mixed with caramelized almond-embedded milk chocolate. Last time, we were lucky enough to be able to get their limited edition Dubai milk; this time around, we additionally got a small assortment of pralines and truffles to go with them. Out of the set, the standouts were the hazelnut milk and the pumpkin spice. The former was akin to a smooth Ferrero Rocher bar, perfected with the flavor of higher quality chocolate. The latter was a bit surprising, considering pumpkin spice is usually a middling flavor to me in other products; however, the execution is tastefully done, with the extra spice adding beautifully to the flavor without detracting from the delicateness of the base chocolate's smoothness. This is a place that, in my opinion, is both worth getting excited over and checking out whenever you might be in the area.

I can't thank the people who work here enough for accommodating me . I've been craving for this chocolate but love in the uws and hence this is a hike from my apt . I barely made it and got there at 8pm which is their closing time . I got my hands on my favorite , the hazelnut along with the white chocolate and two other options . They're all delicious!! European chocolates is so much better . It's not cheap but definitely worth every penny . When you walk into the store , you're welcomed by a piece of chocolate to sample . You can choose the pre packaged chocolates or go for the ones on the right which is sold by the pound . Love the ambiance of this place . It's cozy !! I often the pre packaged ones as gifts and they put it in a small cute fancy bag- perfect for a gift , classy and delicious ( not suitable for ones with nut allergies ).

This was a bark sampler I highly recommend!

Everything! And I mean EVERYTHING in this store is absolutely scrumptious!! It is well displayed and looks almost pretty as the chocolates. The service was wonderful and they are happy to answer any questions. I didn't look for a restroom, but I would think they don't have one since it isn't an eat-in kind of place, but would t that be FUN! A chocolate drink, then a small app of a single piece of chocolate bark, then a mix of all the different kinds of chocolate offerings, such as truffles, real fruit bark with white or dark - a whole plate of chocolate. Then, dessert, of course! My dream lunch!! Maybe if they read this they'll expand! Woohoo! The pricing is what stunned me (my pic shows $47 of bark sampler), but after tasting what my son-in-law gave to our daughter- I was hooked and had to have some. It's epic!!

Heavenly chocolate so addictive. Absolutely best I've ever had. I received a gift assortment and couldn't stop eating it. Walked by the shop so many times and was curious now I see what all the fuss is about. Totally worth the cost. There's something for everyone here.

Was in the city for NYE. Yes, it's as fun as one can imagine. It's also.....well, I was messy…read moreHahahaha! Because I got back to my cousins apartment at 630am! Was quickly reminded that, TIM! YOU. ARE. NOT. 20 yrs old NO. MO!!! So that being said, I hope it's awhile before my old ass acts like that again hahah! Actually, nah! Being a dumb kid is fun! Hahahaha! So being in the city, CLEARLY I had to get my friends souvenirs! Souvenirs for my friends who arrrrre....21 and 22 years old Hahahaha! So what's the most popular souvenir no matter what (usually)? .... SHOT GLASSES! But of course-hahaha!! So I stopped in here. Word to the wise....get your shit glasses, tshirts, etc somewhere NOT located in Times Square! Why? Because you will save a ton! Did I do that tho? Nah! Why? Well because of NYE....My old ass took like 2 days to recover. So while recovering...I went absolutely nowhere lol. So the day I'm leaving, I'm running all over Times Square looking for bagels for my mom and stores to get shit glasses and keychains, magnets, and some other things. Went here and paid 2x what I would elsewhere...outside TS. Growing up in NYS and spending tons of time down in the city as a kid and as an adult... I have ALWAYS known better than to buy in TS or around there, but I was in a rush....like so many in NY lol. I legit was tho. I was more worried to find bagels than anything else. Did I get bagels? Nope. Turns out my mom would have rather had NYC crumb cake (because I told her I bought a piece every day I was there and went to bed a happy fat pig lol) and she's like "forget the bagels! There's nothing like NY crumb cake! She's absolutely right. Mental note for next time hahaha! I got my crumb cake at a deli in Queens. Not important to this review, but yeah lol This place I got the shot glasses and other things at...super cool inside. CLASSIC Times Square store. Big, flashy, busy as hell! Great store! Minus the prices you'll pay and OH! And there's an old man who works there, I'm assuming the owner....NOT a very nice man. He deals with tourists all day long..Americans and everyone else from all over the world. I get he may be burned out. That's the case tho....step aside and let a happy person run registers and the floor. Other than that, it's a great place. You definitely feel the crazy NYC vibes in there and right outside is mayhem! Step outs and look to the left and there's the TS NYE Ball, the 2020 sign. Very cool! Thanks, yelperetties! Cheers!

I had to repeat 4 times, Im just looking and had to hold on to my tshirt when he tried to take it away. I really didn't need a personal shopper to help me, I just wanted to browse. I really wanted to get a second shirt, but couldnt shop in peace.

Great bookstore with tons of books, toys, and tons of merchandise from Japan…read more Stopped by since my kid is a huge anime fan. We were exhausted from walking all day but suddenly he found a burst of energy and was fine browsing the store for over an hour. There are two floors with a cafe on the 2nd floor. Overall, there is a really big selection and there were lots of people shopping while we were there. Service was good; the registers are located downstairs and they have lots of cute items + point of purchase displays. I was overstimulated by the time we reached the register but that may just have been because it had been a long day.

Located right across from Bryant Park, it's almost impossible to walk by without going in. It's usually crowded, but that's part of its charm. The store has three levels, each worth exploring. The main floor features an impressive selection of books, including bestsellers and new releases right as you walk in. The lower level is where you'll find collectibles, specialty pens, beautiful notebooks and stationery, unique gifts, even more books, and plenty of cute items that will tempt you to spend more than you planned. The book selection is excellent, although I have to admit the prices can be a bit on the higher side. The staff are always friendly, and checkout is surprisingly quick, so don't let the long lines discourage you. One thing to note: drinks aren't allowed inside, so you'll need to leave them with security before entering. If you're visiting the area or spending time around Bryant Park, I highly recommend stopping by. Whether you're a book lover or just enjoy browsing, this bookstore is absolutely worth a visit.
