Tomorrow I am attending an all day event devoted to the olfactory senses. This is Sniffapalooza's Fall Ball. It's exciting every time I go. I know several of the perfume people at the various boutiques. I started my own tradition of giving a few chocolates as a way to thank them for their time and input. The joy on their faces is lovely to see. So I go to Lindt and buy an assortment of chocolates and either put them into tiny bags or just give it to them. Today I got milk chocolate umbrellas and gold coins. I find that it is better to give a brand that people are familiar with than something else. Alma helped me with my purchase and the accumulated points which help a lot. Rose gave me a truffle of tiramisu which is the newest flavor to come out this season. It's not in the store as yet to buy but when it does come in one should race to get a stash. I know that I will.

First time here. Was shooing in the area and noticed I was near two chocolatiers. Mozied on in. The lovely young man ( with locs and beautiful skin ) saw me about to struggle with the door and left the counter to assist, that alone set the tone. He offered me a milk chocolate sample and then informed me of the offerings. Each individually wrapped item is .98cents. A bit pricey considering, in stores you can get a large size bag for around $8-$12. However, the difference is this location has flavors I've never seen. I was particularly excited to try flavors such as almond butter and coconut. Neither disappointed me. You can also make purchases for brittles and chocolate blocks per pound. Overall, Lindt is one of the richest chocolates and while their neighbor across the street also has a cult following, you won't be disappointed you stopped in.

Don't waste your money on this !

These chocolates have way too much unnecessary sugar. There are maybe one or two out of the dozen or so Lindt chocolates I've tried that are somewhat well balanced in sweetness . Went to get their Dubai chocolate bar recently and it is the worst by far I've tried . At 16 dollars this was an embarrassment . It was super sweet and had the thinnest knaffeh layer and paled in comparison/quality to similar offerings from Bouchard etc . Anyone that doesn't enjoy extremely sweet chocolate should strongly reconsider .

Honestly the weighed blocks of chocolate are just too rich - I almost like the packaged ones at the pharmacy better (maybe because they're thinner). Great ambiance and great service!

Great spot to grab a cute gift! Pros: + Large selection of Lindt flavors + Can get pre-made packages if you're in a rush + Easily accessible + Friendly staff IG: QueenOfAdventureNYC

My glass jars at home look gorgeous filled with colorful Lindt chocolate balls. The only downside is I end up eating all my decorations! Favorite flavors here include: White Chocolate (gold wrapper), Neapolitan (pink & tan wrapper), Coconut Chocolate (teal wrapper), & Stracciatella White Chocolate (baby blue wrapper.) If you buy 100 balls, it comes out to only $.30/piece. I've never purchased, but they sell gifts in beautiful packaging, chocolate bark sold per pound, as well as their gourmet truffle line. Clean, well-kept store. Friendly staff. The only thing better than being a kid in a candy store is being an adult in a chocolate shop.

Definitely much better to eat than the Lint in my pants pockets! You can't confuse pocket lint with Lindt Chocolates! So many different kinds to choose from. So creamy and delicious. Dark chocolate is my fave. Walked in and friendly staff gave me some free samples to try. Yum. Of course I made a purchase to devour while sitting on the couch watching bad reality TV. Clean shop. Not as large as their other location but has all the types of chocolates here that they make.

Always love Lindt chocolate I don't know they have store at 34rd st. I usually get mine on 5th ave. The original milk, is the best! (Red) And I also like the almond ( purple one) Peppermint (green) And mint (dark green) I'm a mint person xdd I love their chocolate has cream texture in the middle. It gives more smoothness to it. I also got their new matcha one, it's white chocolate with matcha cream inside. For me that's bit too sweet. They always have 1 or 2 new flavor each season. So go explore sometime:)

I was pleasantly surprised to see a Lindt shop opened on W34th Street but apparently it's been opened since December 2018. As I was walking in, I knew I would be getting a nice treat..a sample of truffle chocolate! But to my surprise, the employee was also handing out a 10% coupon. So now I knew I got to check it out. What else would surprise you? Well there was a wheel of fortune where you could get up to 30% off coupon. How nice! This location is a little smaller than the one on 5th Avenue; however, there was a wide range of chocolates and gift items. This is a chocolate lover's dream come true. Even if you aren't, it's always fun to shop for others. I ended up getting two bags of chocolates as there was a promotion on receiving a free movie ticket (see my photo). There are also other discounts for different items so be sure to check it out!

My mouth is watering just writing this review. I love these chocolates. There's a huge variety. They sometimes give a free sample. The employees are the sweetest just like the chocolates. They're patient with me when I ask ingredients. They always find something that tantalizes my taste buds. It's a favorite chocolate shop of mine for gift buying too. I recommend for chocolate lovers!

Delicious blueberry - this was my low sweet day so I only bought 1 piece.

Sorry my first review had the wrong # of stars. This store is top notch 5 stars!!! Walking into this store is like walking into chocolate paradise! Excellent service by Tyrrell and Andrew!!! They helped me make a perfect selection of a blueberry cream truffle. Nice Lindt white chocolate flavor with an interesting touch of blueberry. You can hand pick as many flavors as you like - there are about 15 different chocolate truffle flavors and 10 other chocolate pieces, along with chocolate bark. Ask about any specials. People raved about the neapolitan chocolate/vanilla/strawberry - it's fantastic with a true strawberry flavor. I can't praise the staff enough! Andrew and Tyrrell will take care of you like you were family. They are the kind of people Lindt needs - keep them in mind for management promotions!!! I only bought 1 piece because it was my low sweet day, but they treated me like I bought 100!!! BTW promotion is 100 truffles for $30. Nice way to impress a coworker!!!

Love the assortment of flavors in this box.

The great reviews and overall rating along with the fact they had an emphasis on sour beers (my wife's favorite style of beer) made it a no brainer. Also as you have likely seen they are a women-owned operation so another positive. We did mistakingly walk by it at first but quickly found it. It's a beautifully designed space and more unique than your typical brewery space. Also speaking of they have lots of drinks other than beers, including wines, ciders, cocktails, coffee and a couple NA beers. Due to the impending storm they were closing early but my wife and I each got a beer. I got their New England IPA called Sun Up which was citrusy and juicy with a touch of bitterness/hoppy notes. Then my wife got their fruited sour Peach Berry Punch that definitely had a punch of pink guava and peach but the berry was more subtle. Two great beers with plenty of other styles available too. Service was friendly with a smile and took no time to get our beers. Such a positive experience we plan on returning to give their cocktails a try! An absolute must visit for beer lovers who find themselves near Bryant Park! (Also non-beer lovers since they offer so much more too.)

It didn't wow me. Tasted pretty much like your standard chocolate almonds. I recently decided to give this place another shot to try their highly-raved macarons and OMG... didn't expect a macaron to change my life. The chocolate ganache is heavenly. My favorite might be the "Sylvia", which is milk chocolate ganache + hints of caramel. The worker behind the counter was kind and helpful. I purchased two macaron sets, informing her that one was a present. She graciously offered me an extra gift bag.

How have I never written a review of this remarkable chocolate shop?!…read more La Maison du Chocolat is my all-time favorite chocolate. I am a devotee of dark chocolate, and have tried every dark offering it has. Each is superb, even flavor combinations I haven't historically adored (like orange and chocolate - I know it's popular, but it's just not my favorite). That said, my personal favorite is the Anastasia, a hazelnut and dark praline enrobed in dark chocolate. It is exquisite. Service is always excellent. I've ordered in person and over the phone, and have always been so pleased with the staff. The website is helpful when ordering a variety, but if you'd like an entire box of Anastasia, for example, you have to call the Rockefeller Center store and place the order by phone. They ship once a week, and I always have my box fairly quickly. Boxes make terrific gifts ... including for yourself. If you're walking in, I recommend sitting down to enjoy a few pieces of chocolate, then taking the rest in a box with you. There is a cozy but comfortable seating area in the back just for this. This area is also an ideal place to enjoy some of their drinking chocolate. Highly, highly recommend.
