When I came here, there was no line. The one worker there was friendly and helpful. You just order from their booth. There is plenty of areas in the Bryant Park to enjoy it. Watching them torch the big marshmallow was cool. The hot chocolate is definitely sweet and rich. There are plenty of marshmallow flavors to pick from, but I didn't think the marshmallows made a big impact on the drink. Overall, the hot chocolate and the marshmallow were decent.
This is definitely the place to get a cup of hot cocoa! Went to stand at Bryant Park Winter festival and was blown away by this delicious concoction! This was the best hot chocolate I've had in a long time. It was loaded with a big vanilla flavored fluffy marshmallow that was toasted. The marshmallow was oohey-and-gooey and melted. It helped it stick to the side of the cup so it wouldn't fall off. The hot chocolate was tasty, smooth and thick. It was not too sweet and tasted like semi-sweet Belgian chocolate. The line was long but moved quickly. The service was fast and professional. The two employees were really nice and explained the entire concept to me. The ambiance was great! The shop is next to the lodge and the ice rink at Bryant Park's Winter Festival. I definitely recommend it! Enjoy!
I went here, of course, on possibly the coldest day of the winter so far and was absolutely frozen. I had to wait a bit so I didn't burn my mouth but it did actually help me warm up. It was so thick and rich and not too dark and bitter which was great and they had some fun choices for marshmallows but I went with the confetti one which I loved. They brulee the marshmallow right in front of you which is fun and it tasted so good, not too burnt which I appreciate!
The prices were reasonable for the holiday market. However, my s'mores wasn't good. The marshmallow didn't melt the chocolate. So I had hard cold chocolate. A medium warm marshmallow and then the hard crackers. It fell apart in a second and wasn't appetizing. I wouldn't go back. They ran out of napkins early in the day (this was a week ago) and then were getting mad when customers were asking for some. You need a napkin for s'mores.

I wished the hot chocolate had a thicker consistency and not as sweet. Other hot chocolates that everyone's selling at the holiday markets were better. The worker was amazing and friendly so 1 star for that.
S'mores N' More at Bryant Park is the perfect little winter treat stop. Their hot chocolate is rich and creamy, topped with a toasted marshmallow that makes it feel extra special on a cold night. He was enthusiastic about perfect presentation! Gotta love that cowboy hat too! It's quite rich but getting the funfetti marshmallow with hot chocolate was yummy and perfect for a chilly day! Ps. Don't be surprised if you have a bit of a wait, but it's worth it!

It moves sort of quickly. Whenever, I come to the winter village this is always my first stop. I brought some friends to come check it out this past weekend and they absolutely loved it! You can get hot cocoa in a paper cup or a mug that you are allowed to keep. The guy working this booth is awesome and all about the presentation of the drink. He likes to make the drink look pretty. When you get a hot cocoa you are allowed to choose what king if marshmallow. I got the funfetti one. They will then use a fire torch to make the marshmallow look crispy and then they put it on top of the hot cocoa. They also sell Smore's here. I never got it here but hope to taste them one day soon. I am sure they are pretty tasty. If you find yourself in the area highly recommend checking this booth out!

I got the hot chocolate with the peppermint marshmallow, and I'm happy to say that it lived up to the hype! The hot chocolate was rich without being too sweet, and the marshmallow was delicious. If there's no wait or a short line, I'd definitely get this hot chocolate again. I just have to take off a star because waiting an hour to pay $13 for hot chocolate is ridiculous, but that's New York for you.

My sister in law wanted to try this place she saw on IG. There was a line and we waited about 25min but definitely glad I tried it! The mashmallow on the hot cocoa was visually beautiful and definitely satisfied my sweet tooth. The price is kinda high but you are in the city, and a Christmas market, so oh well. Wow what an experience! I came here during the week during the holiday season. The line was long but it got longer after I joined it. The wait time is about 15 minutes before you're at the front of the line. I ordered the single hot chocolate with a confetti marshmallow and Reeses Cup on top. The prices are reasonable overall and I definitely plan on getting the largest size that comes in a mason jar the next time around. It's well worth the wait and the price. read more
You're going to stand in line (if you're lucky) for only 25 minutes to realize you did that for a cup of hot chocolate with a torched mallow. It was good, but the viral sensation and instagram post may not be worth the time investment. Based on my conservative estimate - this joint is hauling in $45k a day which is awesome. Friendly staff. So so good! Loved the pop-up at the DC downtown market. The brûlée marshmallow is huge and a delicious pairing with the sipping chocolate. We tried the toffee and s'more marshmallow flavors. Can't wait to head back and try the poptart, Oreo, and confetti flavors. Definitely worth the 30 minute wait. read more

Unfortunately, in my opinion this place is very overhyped, to say the least. The hypeness of this place caused essentially a 2 hour wait for some hot chocolate with a marshmallow ($7.50) and two single s'mores (totaling $12). With the busyness of Bryant Park, you would think that the owners of this establishment would have more than one worker at a time... But nope, not the case. I wanted so much to be over the moon for this hot chocolate, given the wait but, it was below par. Overly milky and not very memorable. On the other hand, the s'more was good, but if anyone goes wrong with a s'more, I would be perplexed. I honestly just couldn't see myself returning to S'mores and More. read more
Visited the Holiday Market after the New Years so it was way less crowded and there was no line for this stall. I got the hot chocolate with a vanilla marshmallow. I like how they torch it in front of you- that was fun to watch. I enjoyed the toasted marshmallow with the crunchy outside and gooey center. Unfortunately, the hot chocolate + marshmallow combination was just too sweet for me and I couldn't finish it. If you like your hot chocolate really sweet, this would be perfect for you. read more
Great hot chocolate: not overly sweet, even with the homemade marshmallows. They have Oreo, peppermint, and regular marshmallows and they roast them right when you order so they're nice and warm. I got this at their station in Bryant Park during the winter village and it was snowing, very cold and a long line. Decent hot chocolate, very nice staff, cute photo opp, but very long wait. It's instagram worthy but the taste is nothing special and the wait time is just soooo long (even on a random Monday!). The guy toasting the marshmallows is super friendly and working as fast as he can but they should really hire someone else to help speed up the process. -looks really cute, but is way too expensive, and the hot chocolate was so sweet it was nauseating and I had to throw some of the drink away, which was annoying because i spent over $13 on it -the people working there were really nice, but they made you feel pressured into leaving a tip on top of an already overpriced drink that took less than 30 seconds to make -the marshmallow on top was honestly the only good part read more

Though it's been unseasonably warm - you have to have at least one cup of hot chocolate over the holidays and this might be it - delicious hot chocolate with a gourmet s'mores right on top! I hate to be the harbinger of bad reviews but I was pretty whelmed by this place. Came here for a nightly treat before boarding my train. After a decent wait (one couple in front of me, took about 10ish minutes), I ordered a single s'more. It does come with a homemade toasted marshmallow, graham cracker and Hershey piece. Plus some chocolate syrup on top. I bit into it and it was surprisingly not warm. The outside was torched but it didn't get enough heat to melt either the marshmallow or chocolate. It was a pretty...solid s'more. For $5 I expected at least some meltage to occur...taste wise it wasn't bad. Overall, if you do end up trying this place. I would at least ask if they can torch the marshmallow some more. Maybe you'll have better luck than I! read more
Located in the heart of Bryant park. They have a variety of flavors of marshmallow that you can choose from for your s'mores. I got a toffee-nut one with hot chocolate and my friend got a classic s'mores. Overall I would say the classic one is still my favorite. It has a cute vibes and the snacks arent bad. read more

Totally not worth the wait! We waited 30 minutes and were frozen by the time we got our hot chocolates. The marshmallows and hot chocolate were okay. Unfortunately the marshmallows weren't very warm and toasty. I can't see how a s'mores would be good if the marshmallow isn't hot. I feel like it would've helped having more than one person working. read more

Not going to lie: waiting in line for almost two hours was a pain - we foolishly went on a busy weekend - but luckily I was with a friend... however, when it was finally our chance to order it was like a dream come true. Seeing the marshmallow get melted on top of the Graham cracker and atop the hot chocolate was the icing on the cake--of a pretty good cake. After biting into it, I understand why the line was long. Can't wait to return for next year's sugar indulgence. This will like be a winter holiday tradition for me. read more
There was a huge line for this place so we figured it had to be good. Tried the hot chocolate with a vanilla marshmallow and my wife got a hot chocolate with an Oreo marshmallow. The marshmallows were the star of the show. They are flamed to order which gives it that nice roasty toasty slightly burnt caramelized flavor. You could taste the vanilla and Oreo in each marshmallow. The hot chocolate itself felt a little watery and was outshined by the marshmallow. I would say it's worth a try if the line isn't too long or you're not in a hurry because the line moves pretty slow. read more

This place brings so much joy to Bryant Park. I love being able to order a Funfetti Marshmallow and see it get toasted with a blow torch before my very eyes! I also had a great time with the "make your own s'more" option. The cashier thought mine looked so good that he had to take a picture of it :) What a fun time. read more
My friends and I have seen this alll over social media and knew we had to give it a try after skating in Bryant Park. The wait was super long, as they do take care and time to create each hot chocolate and torch the marshmallows. I got a hot chocolate with a cookies and cream marshmallow - I think it was ~$8, which is pricey, but also for the experience of watching them torch your marshmallow. This was my first time trying a gourmet marshmallow, and it was DELICIOUS! Crispy on the outside, but I do wish they torched it more because the inside was cold and hard instead of being gooey all the way through. The hot chocolate was rich and sweet, though I wish they had alternative milk options. The marshmallow was definitely worth it! read more
All I wanna do, is have some FUNfetti marshmallows and hot chocolate! I checked out this year's Bryant Park Winter Village in NYC and tried S'Mores N'more's hot chocolate and marshmallows for the first time, and it's safe to say I was shook. Move over last year's Hot Chocolate tour, because this is now my new favorite hot chocolate. It had just the right amount of creaminess, chocolatey-ness, and sweetness. Not to mention, that was the tastiest, fanciest, and biggest marshmallow I've ever eaten! All at a decent price. Make sure to check out this vendor (located in front of The Lodge Bar + Food Hall), as well as all of the other amazing vendors here. Have fun ice skating and doing bumper cars on ice while you're here, too! read more

Literally THE BEST! Wonderful Hot chocolate with marshmallows! I forgot the attendant's name but she served me super well and had a huge smile on her face! Makes you want to go there every day just for the friendliness of the attendants. Thank you for everything. Very clean place too! read more
