Michelle has taken care of my nails for over 10 years. My nails are no longer brittle with dry and excess skin around the nails. Michelle always go over and above in giving service. Listen to your concerns on help with nails once you leave the shop. Salon is very clean, client appreciated activities are held doing the year, techs are talkative, respectful and willing to help you when asked. What started off as a great experience turned into a nightmare. The people were so kind getting my nails done but for me to have the manager doing my nails Iv has nothing but problems.... Started off with my thumb nail breaking on the drive home. Did not hit anything just turned the key to my car and it broke. When I went to get that nail fixed what should of been a quick process took over 45 minutes with the guy afterwards telling me it's his first time asking to take photos, ( granted it looked great but it should for 45 minutes on one nail...) the night before I leave for vacation another nail snaps... I do not have time to get this one fixed as I leave for vacation bright and early. I do not recommend this nail salon to anyone as they might look great but they won't last long. read more

The first time i came here was wonderful however this past time, i most likely will not be back. For starters, the girl that did my pedicure was a doll I absolutely adored her. My manicure wad fine i loved the color. I had a great experience until I came to pay basically. An older man who did not do my nails checked me out and ended up charging an extra $10 - $5 for take off & $5 for shape. Now first of all, this isn't about the money it's only $10. However I only had 4 MAYBE 5 nails that actually needed to be taken off because my others had completely broken off and were already very short. So i said whatever the guy was struggling to get the nails off I don't care about the $5 but then the $5 for shape? I was genuinely confused because since my natural nails were already so short there were only 4 nails that had to be cut and filed. The rest were already round and short to the nail bed so he just had to file for maybe 2 seconds. So what is the shape I must know? Well all of this isn't introduced to me until I'm checking out so I ask a random older man who didn't do my dipping powder (with no added nail tip) or pedicure (with gel btw just for reference at how much i'm already giving you guys), I asked "what shape? These are my natural nails there was no shape, most of them were already like this" and he looked at them and said "we charge for round not for square" and rudely pointed to the machine to pay. Basically ignored everything I said, didn't even ask anyone who did my nails to confirm. This was extremely disappointing because my experience while getting everything done was good and i really wanted to tip them especially the girl who did my pedicure because she was just so lovely. However I left no tip due to the rudeness of the man and the extra fees I was charged which i basically didn't receive. I've left a picture of my nails they were fine, but seriously what shape?? Nails are naturally round not square so the excuse i was given just isn't valid especially because there is not even a nail tip added. The filing that was done is already paid for in the dipping powder manicure so why feel the need to continue charging me when nothing special was done? This just seems so dirty to me and I've never been to a nail salon that genuinely just wants to take your money in this way. I'm already paying over $100 which i'm absolutely happy to but you need to discuss these additional charges during the process of doing my nails so I actually know where my money is being spent otherwise it feels like i'm just giving you free money for no service. Please do better and stop being greedy with taking people's money. read more

They were great until I found out after asking why my bill was so high that they were charing me extra for nail shape and cuticle cut. I don't get anything fancy other than a gel manicure and occasionally a design. I don't wear long nails because of the work i do. I just asked them to be shaped almond with a small point. Call to schedule an appt and Found out that the tech that usually does my nails want do them anymore but it's because I caught them in a lie two weeks ago when they tried charging me extra for a standard service. I finished work a little early on a Friday so I could treat myself to a mani/pedi. I chose my colors and was told to sit at an empty pedicure bowl. I sat there for about 35-45 minutes before I decided I wasn't going to waste any more time. Mind you, when I was told to sit at the bowl I was not given a wait time. So naturally I thought someone would be over in a few to start the water. But no. I just sat there waiting. When one person was finished with their pedicure I thought, ok I must be next. Disappointing experience. Set appointments up for 4 pedis & one mani to celebrate my mom's 86 bday the following day. Typically mani is done at same time as pedi. They forgot & it was my poor mom. We had reminded them when being seated & again during the service but they dismissed us. The lady came over & told us she could give us a 5% discount- off mani- we asked for 50% off mani since now we all had to wait & we had dinner reservations. She said ok, ok, don't worry about it. When it came time to check out- she wouldn't honor the discount sadly. There was 5 ppl waiting so I didn't want to cause a scene but seriously some poor communication & management. they weren't at all what i asked for they are way too long and the lady got mad at me when i asked her to make them shorter. they look like light bulbs shape wise and the lines she did are extremely thin and not touching the french color. i did love my pedicure though the lady was nice and did a quick and good job. but i will not be returning. read more

After 30 minutes (never once apologized or thanked me for my patience) I said I really needed to go and I'd come back and pay her. She got verbally aggressive and yelled at me that I couldn't leave. My favorite nail spot closed down and so I was looking for a new place. Tried this nail place based on FB recommendation and will not return. Gel pedi was fine. Gel mani started chipping off after 5 days. Returned and owner wanted to have same girl do nails. I declined. Owner redid nails and had same issue. Cuticles torn, corners next to nails are cracking and bleeding because of rough filing. Paint has chipped off and now nails are chipped and broken. Very disappointed. read more

busness ethics very poor.Pam the manager in this saloon and spa make an appointment for me at 10 AM.She arrived in her saloon at 1025 AM.For courtesy sake you can come to me and say I am sorry I am late.She passed by me and my daughter like she did not see me.Our feet were in the water for 25 mins and no one passed to start the pedicure.Pam finally came to me no appologies and no greetings.she filed four of my nails on the left hand and then got up to go do some one else pedicure.I was surprised at her behavior.She left that client and went to another one to do her pedicure.I was sitting and confused.The water was cold.She finally came to me with no appologies or explanation.She started on my nails,left and told another girl to do it.Pam came back and told me this other girl is good to do hybride gel.I asked her how was, I supposed to know.She came back and finished my nails and the girl doing my daughter's nails rushed and when we got home my daughter saw lots of cracks in her nails.I was so unsatisfied.We came to nail saloon at 10AM and left at 1230PM. how sick is that.I have stopped my friends from going to her.I will look for another saloon.I was treated bad and unsatisfied with the services.BAD BUSNESS!!!!!!!. read more
