My normal nail salon was closed today so I stopped by 380. They were able to get me in right away as there was only one other person in there. I was immediately seated and a woman kind of threw a deck of cards that had nail color on them - it was hard to tell accurate colors based off of the cards given so I went with a basic white. The woman who did my nails was very nice but very slow. The end result was semi-misshapen nails with clumps around and underneath my nails. My mom even commented about how lumpy one of my pinky nails looked. Unfortunately, I won't be back. read more

I started a new job tht requires me to stand for most of the morning, nevertheless, whatever they let my feet soak in (gel type stuff) It burned the top of my foot. I complained the entire time and do u think she stopped NO!! She said maybe my shoes were too tight or I just have sensitive skin... My foot was not red when I got there ma'am. Made an online appointment for a second visit, got to the store 15 minutes prior my appointment and the store was closed! It was more than an hour after the posted open hour time. Well... I just moved to the town of Prosper and I decided to have my nails done at this place and I made an appointment I was their 5 minutes before my appointment and waited for 15 minutes. They were very busy and tried to be as accommodating as possible but they should have just told me they didn't have time for me. My pedicure was very rushed she didn't even let the paraffin wax dry before she removed it. She painted my nails and an hour after leaving they were mushy from old polish and for applying the polish too thick ! I had to come back and have my toes redone in which I had to wait again because they OVERBOOKED themselves ! I honestly felt bad for the employees their because they were rushing around like crazy and the lady in charge was still taking in more people, more walk-ins, and booking more appointments. With regards to my nails they sat my nails in acetone for 15 minutes which started eating at my own nail beds I had them done by a gentleman and when he removed the dip powder he didn't remove it all the way he tried drilling it off instead which made my nail beds even more sensitive then they already were from sitting in the acetone, I still had dip remaining when he applied the new dip so my nails are extremely thick. I honestly think if you give this place a try I would make sure they are not busy, if they are come back when they are not and you may have a better experience than I did. read more

Glad to have found this spot. Convenient location to me and easy to walk in without an appointment. Not overwhelmingly big or busy but steady customer flow on a Saturday. Offers the typical beverages including boxed wine and beer. Great chairs and massage controls. Plenty of color options easily presented. Pricing was average for what I'm used to but perhaps slightly higher on the pedicure before they offer the callous treatment. Next gen mani and a pedicure was just under $100 after tip. They have week day specials but I want able to do that. I did receive a nice coupon to return but the timeframe was very tight so I might not get to utilize that. Very friendly staff. Tried this place out, I went for a wax on my lip and eyebrows.... first of all the wax wasn't even hot. When she was "done" I still had small hairs all over my lip. I understand some hairs the wax leaves but plucked them out altleast! And she left one eyebrow longer than the other one Should of stayed home and plucked them out myself!!!!! read more

Great customer service the moment I walked in the door I felt very welcomed. Everyone is friendly and there was all smiling faces. I don't get my nails done that often but decided to step out of my comfort zone and get a gel manicure today! I usually just stick to boring regular polish, It is my very first time trying out gel and I love it. No waiting, my nails dried right away! My nail technician listened to what I do and don't like, she did a very good job of cleaning my cuticles. I will definitely be back again. Gave this place a second try for a pedicure after the first time I went in with my wife and they didn't have any female technicians. Usually these places have many and it isn't a problem. This place only had one when we walked in and she was busy with another customer. The manager asked me if I was ok with a male technician. I declined. Never had a male rub my feet before and wasn't going to start now. I have no problem with other guys that don't mind, that's just my personal preference. The manager said she would be done shorty. No problem. They started with my wife and I waited...she was also getting a manicure. Thirty minutes passed and female tech wasn't even close to being done. Not sure how you get that wrong, so I left obviously a bit annoyed and came back to pick my wife up when she was finished. The manager was kind enough to give me a gift certificate and because of that I decided to give it another try. This time I called and specifically asked if they had a female technician available. Yes the manager said, what time. Gave him the time and he said no problem. Arrived on time. Only one customer in the place being serviced by a male tech. Manager told me the female he called wasn't available to come in. Immediately turned around and left. They clearly have a staffing problem and shortage of female techs. Super annoying and a waste of my time once again that the manager couldn't have even called me to tell me they didn't have a female tech available. I would have canceled. Gave it a second chance. My first time, but i like this salon a lot because of their customer service. They welcomed me at the front door. All staffs are working here so friendly. They treat each other and customers as a family. I felf so relaxing when i got my pedicure and manicure done here. It is not too noisy and loud chat like other salons around. Man this guy just did not know what he's doing. It took him TWO hours to do a regular pedicure and shellac manicure. He cut my big toe nail SO short and SO crooked not only is it hideous, it's so sensitive in my socks or shoes. He refused to soak my hands before cutting my cuticles - I had to pester him to soak them and put cuticle remover on be he kept saying "we don't do that I already cut them!" Who cuts cuticles dry??? He finally soaked them in plain water for a few seconds and still wouldn't put cuticle remover on. $70 and my entire afternoon down the drain. I'll need a mani again soon because he didn't take care of my cuticles and I can't wait until my toenails grow back. Wtf! read more
