They insist you need services on your car and then when you ask about them they can never provide a concrete explanation on how it's beneficial and worth the high asking price. They once tried to sell me a service for my brakes that wasn't need at all (I took my car to my trustworthy family mechanic of 20+ years to verify ). Honestly, I don't plan on stepping foot in here again and advise you stay away to avoid any headaches and berating from employees because they're trying to tell you what to do with YOUR CAR.
