If I could give zero stars, I would only because I called in advanced. I called at around 6:45 to ask what time they would close and how much it would be to fix one single acrylic. They told me they closed at 7:30 and that fixing an acrylic would be $10 plus which was not an issue. I let them know. I was on my way. I got there at 7:05 and I was seated immediately And the nail tech started to pull out gel, X equipment. I let her know that I wanted my acrylic fixed with acrylic not gel x. She told me well all she could do was gel X because look at the time they're closing so I got up and left and she didn't care. She said that she was only gonna do gel X because she's closed. How are they gonna make you pay for something that you don't even want on top of I just got this full set done here on the first and one full nail popped off. read more

I used to like this place. But recently I had a horrible experience, mistakes back to back and when I asked kindly if she can fix it, she rudely asked me to be quiet sit back and let her do her job. Coming from the owner herself., very unprofessional, horrible customer service. I got gel X she put a blob of gel and let it dry lifting up, I asked her to fix it because my nail look like it was lifted up off my nail, she rudely fixed it, but continued to do the same, when I told her she was burning my nail, she told me beauty is pain.not going back. if i had the chance to put a 0 i will let me tell you why i would put a 0 i went got a pedicure they didn't tell me the price they told me to sit down i was waiting for a hr second of all they cut my nails really ugly and they hurt both of my big toes they used use tools and i didn't see them clean after they used it and when they was gonna exfoliate my foot they use a chesse grinder that was dirty and next day i got a blister on my foot because they don't clean the tools that they used read more

this place is a joke! she started doing my nails, had me go to the pedicure chair for a pedicure where I asked this ignorant man to put acrylic on my toes. he ignores me all 3 times and continued to try to put paint on my toes then when I asked him why he was doing something I didn't want he said because my toes are nice and dont need acrylic so I had to get loud with him. now because I yelled at him I'm in the chair just sitting here waiting because they stopped tp do other peoples. I came here April 9th, 2021 and I was in love with my nails! I loved how they came out and the woman on the end chair did a great job with my nails & pedicure. April 10th I notice some lifting on a few nails but I'm like.. okay whatever. April 11th 2 nails popped off.. I knew she didn't prep them well because she only ran 1 machine over my nails instead of the other correct ones. So i work a lot and I'm usually very busy but I decided to call April 13th finally to go in..(hasn't even been 5 days) and no one answers. April 14th I went in today and she wasn't there. The owner was. I explained to her in a room full of customers that my nails all came off and it hasn't even been a week. She said I had 2 days to come in and explain that my nails were falling off and that she won't be able to help me that she'll charge me 1/2 off...half off?? Mind you I tipped my nail girl $40 because I was happy with the job in total I paid over $100. They didn't even last me 2 weeks! what a complete joke this place is. It was my first time here with my friend and didn't like the experience at all. I wanted to get a fill on my real nails with dip powdered but didn't offer what I wanted. So the nail lady used acrylic with powder. I felt like I was rushed to get my nails done. She was very tough on my nails. It was painful to have my nails on and the nails are cheap. ZERO STARS! I've been here a couple of times now. First time, the older guy cut my skin and I was bleeding. The second time was better and that's why I came back. The don't follow the rules and aren't that clean. I am a cosmetologist and I know how it should be, only two people here do a good job. The other workers are so damn slow! They don't talk to you, they only talk to themselves in their language all damn day. The young guy and young girl with glasses are EXTREMELY slow. I got the young guy before and it took him forever to do my pedicure, I didn't have time do my finger nails since I had work. I asked to make an appointment the next day and they said 10:30 tomorrow. I came the next day and I had waiting for 48 mins. (I was timing it) so much for an 'appointment'. The girl I wanted AND made the appointment with JENNY (the owner), was then too busy to do me and they wanted the turtle do my nails. All the times I've been here are horrible. I gave them one last try! And the girl didn't just cut me, SHE BUSTED MY SKIN OPEN! From filing! Yes that is possible, and she did it TWICE. It took her an hour to file my nails. She didn't know how to do coffin. She filed them at the wrong degree, again I'm a cosmetologist so I know. And she didn't do the right ratio for the monomer and polymer. Even after all the filing my nails were still thick and bumpy. DON'T EVER COME HERE! They don't follow their prices either. Me and a girl next to each other and got the same thing but they charged me more than her. Shady ass place. State board needs to check them out! Very inconsistent with their prices. Took my wife and daughter there in the past they have charged 23 for a fill. This time around price increased by 4 dollars. And my daughter was charged 55 for a mani pedi, which seems a bit steep. This was a place my wife was happy with but after this experience it is on to look for another shop. They do not cater to the customer at all. It's almost as if you walked into someone's house and demanded them to service you. The owner did my nails. She was rushing to finish and did it in 15 minutes. I got matte black coffin nails and they ended up charging me $35 dollars which wouldn't be a problem if she had done them properly, the matte top coat peeled off my index finger two hours after getting them done. She didn't push back my cuticles or file the nails gently, she used a drill for everything causing the skin around my nails to bleed a little bit after my nails were finished and the shape of the nails wasn't consistent, they were crooked. The glue she used got all over my fingers causing two of them to stick together which she then proceeded to rip apart and look at me with an annoyed look. She would talk but her accent was hard to understand so I didn't understand most of the things she was telling me. I wouldn't recommend this place either because like other reviews said, they don't have very good ventilation and their tools don't look clean read more

Honestly, This place is only good for pedicures. I did my nails with Jenny and her service is horrible. My nails are all uneven!!! I ask for coffin nails, not too coffin and she made them regular. I told her multiple times to make them slimmer and she would hold my hand tighter and said she did. I showed her a picture of how I wanted my nails and she did nothing of what I asked. I'm NOT satisfied with my nails AT ALL, she basically did what she needed to do to leave work. She should of paid my damn nails if she was going to do whatever she wanted.
