They clean all tools in the sterilizing machine between all clients. They also use plastic liners in the pedicure tub.

I finally asked him "why are you on your phone?!" to which he seemed surprised, denying it and then pushed his phone back from where he thought he had it hidden under an arm pillow. Now less than 48hrs after spending $95 inc tip, my gel x is chipping and I haven't done anything - no gym, no dishes, etc. And even if I had, they should not be chipping! This is not ok. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I'm the type of person who finds a place I trust and sticks with them for years. I'm also very particular, (as you know with everything) Lol especially when it comes to my nails. I've been getting them done since I was 12 with my grandma, so I know exactly what I like. That being said, this place really delivers when it comes to quality -- especially Morgan and Vu. Morgan does my nails and she really listens. She pays attention to the details that matter to me, like getting the polish close to the edge, shaping them exactly how I like, and helping me choose the right colors. But, most of the time I bring my own. :) Vu does my pedicures, he is sooo nice and a sincere person, and I don't even have to say much -- he just knows what he's doing. I always leave feeling super relaxed, and honestly, he gives one of the best massages I've had. Overall, I'm really happy I found this place. Definitely one of those spots where you can tell they care about their work. Another win for me! Cheers to continued business together for the years to come!!

I just asked for my nails to be cut short not anything fancy. This isn't my first rodeo getting a mani pedi in my life. And she wasn't even doing my pedicure. She actually ended up painting my toes though and while I didn't request three coats of polish, she took the liberty of doing so and I didn't notice until she got to the second foot when I noticed how thick the polish was. I told her that next time I only want two coats. She replied that next time I need to tell her but how would I think she'd do three coats when she did only two on my hands? I am a little surprised at her retort. I still tipped generously because I appreciate the intention but not likely to come back.

To have my cuticle trimmed was an extra 8.00 then for cat eye polish was an extra 10.00. Total for nails 78.00. My complaint is that they only do one coat of cat eye polish. I questioned them about doing two coats like the last salon I had been to, and he replied the polish is sticky and they only do one coat. The color is not vibrant at all. My technician was great but I really wanted two coats to keep the color vibrant. I went back the next day and they accommodated two coats. Looks great and I would go back again.

I was lucky enough to have Emmi do my gel manicure. I appreciate how meticulous and careful she was and how she managed to match my inspo pictures exactly.
