I have been here twice so far and absolutely loved it each time. My recent visit was last minute and they were able to accommodate me. I am a very big perfectionist so the details are very important to me. Both times I didn't have to say anything they did so well. Everything is even and perfectly shaped. My last set of hard gel actually lasted 7.5 weeks with no chips or lifting at all. I was so impressed. I live down in San Diego but honestly it's worth the drive up. My mom and I went in for mani pedi's, and although the staff was very nice and friendly, the manicure quality was very poor. Both our mani's started to chip only after two days! (And I am very gentle with my nails.) My at home manicures last longer than this! I think the quality of the nail polish was really poor or really old. Or the technician, Rosie, could improve with her skills? My nail polish was very lumpy when fully dried, and now it's super flaky. For the price we paid, we expect better. I made a last minute appointment over the weekend and they were able to accommodate me. I made an appointment here because I had an appointment to go to and it was on the way. The owner and staff were amazing! Everyone was welcoming and friendly! The owner was very hospitable and offered everyone waters with it being such a warm day. He was often checking in with other customers that were waiting to make sure they didn't need anything during the wait. My gel pedicure was the best that I've had. This will be my new go to spot! I asked for a small extension on the ends of my nail and gel builder on top. She didn't give me what I asked for and just gave me gel builder. The appliance was very bumpy and thick. This was my first time coming here because I needed a quick pedicure before a party and they're close to my house. I called ahead and was told $25 for a regular pedicure including a sugar scrub and 5-minute massage. When I arrived, I was told it would actually be $35 -- and that didn't include removing my old regular polish. The person who answered the phone was not the one doing my pedicure, and the technician who worked on me had a rude attitude from the beginning. She was rough with my feet, snatching tools, rushing through the service, and clearly not putting care into it. She barely removed my cuticles, barely filed my feet (maybe 2 minutes total for both), and the pedicure was not done properly. I did not receive the 5-minute massage I was told about over the phone until I had to speak up. She also looked at my nails and said they were "ugly" and that whoever did them didn't know what they were doing -- when I told her I did them myself. She kept trying to pressure me into getting a refill even after I said no and seemed irritated when I declined. Extremely unprofessional. After I expressed that I was unhappy with the service and mentioned what I was quoted over the phone, the woman at the front told me the technician was rushing because she was hungry and wanted to eat. That is not an acceptable excuse. If she was unable to provide proper service, she should not have taken me as a customer. At checkout, I was charged $35 plus an extra $2 for using Apple Pay, which was never mentioned beforehand. I also heard another customer being quoted different pricing while I was there. Because of the rushed and disrespectful service, I chose not to leave a tip. After that, the technician appeared visibly upset and began speaking in another language while looking in my direction, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Overall, the experience felt dishonest, rushed, and very money-driven. I do not recommend coming here if you expect transparent pricing, respectful service, and quality work. I get good service here. The ladies are friendly. I don't always get a chance to get my nails done in the two weeks time sometimes four weeks even six weeks. And my nails are done so well that they are not lifting and they still look nice even though they have grown out some. I even get compliments occasionally when you know I'm past due to get my nails filled again. So I'm never disappointed with the job that I get on my nails. read more

By far the worst nail salons I've ever been to. I had a manicure and pedicure appointment for 6pm and didn't get sat until 6:30pm. They started my pedicure at 6:30pm and asked what color, which I said "funny bunny" the gal said they only had it in gel. I said "okay anything thing similar? White or pink?" She replied "all white and pink are gel" I felt like she was trying to upsell me. By this time I'm annoyed and another gal comes to me at 6:50 trying to start my manicure. I let her know I'm not interested in my manicure anymore, but thank you. She says 3 times "I'll do it fast", which I told her no thank you I don't want them rushed. She got upset and said "I don't rush. You come back then". I will not be coming back. Very very poor service! read more
