I have a love hate for this place and will provide honest feedback one they take their sweet time meaning you'll wait over an hour and there's no coordination because they'll take breaks before they get to you or let others go before you even if you came before them. One of workers is rude at times but I'm easy going so u don't let that get to me just as long as they do the job. Sometimes get pinch or cuts in between nail process but I assume that's part of the process But I do love their fair prices and even through they have language barriers I can still be able to understand them. Stumbled upon this place while killing time and so glad I took a chance! I typically go to the same nail shop but thought it a better use of my idle time to get some fresh nails. Very friendly environment and date I say I had fun joking with my nail lady and the other customers I really wish I got her name because mama was awesome! I was hesitant at first to visit this nail shop... I love my partner however so I garnered up the courage to do it. Boy was I in store for a great moment. Without disclosing too many details, while my partner was getting a manicure & pedicure, one of the employees apparently had bought an ensemble of clothing (brand new) that she gave to a local resident who she seemed to be familiar with. Although there was a language barrier, my partner helped translate and the local resident left happily with the gifts for what I'm guessing is her recently new born baby. If I could give this salon 0 stars I would. I was coming today for a gel set. The woman helped me pick out a color and was quite helpful but even I had told her I wanted them to become almond shaped as I know my nails are quite short. She was extremely rough when prepping my nails and even caused them to bleed a little bit and just told me to wash it off. She began putting the gel color on my nails even though I told her that I wanted almond length nails. After she finished I also noticed there were bubbles in the nails as well. On a slow day it still feels rushed and job is poorly done. I recently went back to get my eyebrows wax, I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to give them a 2nd chance, never again!!!!! My eyebrows are so uneven!! I'm so disappointed and dissatisfied. One eyebrow was thin and straight and the other was thic and arched. So uneven. if you are going for your first time beware. How the fuck do you ask for red and get blue . And 2 they put gel after ASKING FOR NO GEL. So when she went to pay the total was $25.99 . Not expensive at all but when they said they put gel and have to charge you and you tell them your not paying that price for that bc that's not what she asked for and they got the wrong color they threatened to call the cops so there was no choice. Yes this place is very "affordable" but what's the point if they're going to do a bad job. I went in for a Gel Set and pedicure. 3 days after my new set one of my nails broke at the corner when I scratched at my arm. I didn't over scratch, the nails were just way too thin in some areas. Luckily I had crazy glue in my car so I was able to glue it back myself. The nail polish itself started chipping just days after getting them done. It's Gel, it's not suppose to do that. They try to be slick and throw you around to each other on slow days to try to make more off of tips, don't fall for it. They're sloppy and they're not very clean. So overall yes, you can get a pedicure and full set at a very reasonable price.. BUT if you have to compromise with sanitation and a set you'll love, is it worth it??
