I had visited four different furniture stores trying to get a bed frame delivered either the same day or the next day, but I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days, which was too late for my needs. When I explained my urgency, Diego assured me he would do his best to get my delivery before noon. He kept me updated throughout the day, and by 6 pm, I received a message with a delivery window from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. True to his word, he called me to confirm, and the very next morning, Fernando and Hugo delivered and built the bed frame in minutes -- they were so efficient! I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and support from everyone at Sit'n Sleep. You have a fantastic team, and I truly appreciate all the help they provided during a difficult time. I worked with the store manager she was very nice and very energetic. My husband telling me to get what I want. I did the bed test. Tried a few beds. I spent over $5,000 dollars i though this has to bed the best bed. I know sales are your goal. The beds were good not 100%. She said the new beds will be better it will adjust to you. ! I got the the bed, sheets & pillows tried to sleep in it the bed is short. I'm 5'7 and my toes hang off the end. First night it was bad. I did give it time for me and the bed to adjust. I waited for the allotted time she said to try it out. I came back in to the store with questions and the unopened pillows and sheets set to return. Same manager lady was there i expanded the trouble I was having with the bed and about the buttons hurting my hip. She was like a totally a different person OMG! She just out right said no returns no refunds she was so rude. The sheets and pillow were still in sealed shipping package I told her the bed has buttens that made it hard to sleep. She said they were just blooms or something like that. Said there is nothing they can do. Unless there was a manufactured flaw in the produces. So i said i spend over $5,000 dollars I'm out of luck. I ask what happened to the nice lady I worked with the first day. She was like it's the the store policy. She just smirks at me. I felt like I was working with an old school car sales person. And she was the store manager. So I have a bed that I wake up in pain and there is nothing I can do. There was somthing about a $500 dollar return on the mattress. So I have to loses 500 to return the mattress. Wow! For a bed i can't really sleep happily. I would never go to sit n sleep or recommend it. Painfully very dissatisfied with the company Sit n Sleep, Arteisa Ca store.. I got the adjustable bed and what I was told the top of the line mattress with two pillows and 2 sets of cooling sheet "not cooling at all. During delivery they even removed their shoes to take the mattress upstairs and that speaks about these guys being very professional. They acted as though she was stupid and it was just "user error". James or jim or whatever the hell your name is- you are a disgusting excuse for a human being and having the nerve to abuse and take advantage of an elderly woman who didn't have it in her to fight anyone over anything. You guys are gross people and everyone should know of your predatory sales practices. 4 grand down the drain "flexsteel" and it was NOT user error.

I…read morepurchased a recliner and a reclining sofa, both La-Z-Boy and both were cheaper at Paramount Furniture than listed on the La-Z-Boy website. Delivery was free and they even took away my old couch free of charge. Greg was not a hovering sales person. He provided ample shopping time without any pressure to buy. The delivery team arrived right when Greg said they would and Chris (the delivery person doing most of the talking) was very quick and professional. The only downside is from the furniture supply side of things. Special orders are several months out. But luckily the selection in stock led me to a very comfortable recliner. I would recommend visiting Paramount Furniture based on their professionalism, fair pricing, and low pressure sales approach.

The experience was good before I completed my purchase. The mattress I purchased from the…read moreLakewood, California Mattress Firm store was delivered to my residence on June 4, 2026. The first thing the driver said was that they were running late. I was the first person on the delivery and the driver indicated that they had 16 more deliveries to make that day. In order to help the driver make up for the lost time, I helped to carry out the old mattress, bring in the new mattress. I have a herniated disc in my lower back but in spite of that, I decided to volunteer to help the person setting up the mattress. During that time the driver asked me if I had a knife so he could open the box for the base that the mattress was to sit on. I located a very expensive pocket knife that I had been given to me by my neighbor the day before for my birthday that I was celebrating the same day the mattress arrived. The driver took the knife and opened the box and afterward laid it on top of one of my bookcases. Together we completed setting up the mattress and the driver seemed anxious to leave, I thought because he was running late. After he left, I started looking for the knife but could not find it on top of the bookcase or anywhere else in the house. I called the Lakewood Mattress Firm store where I purchased the mattress and let the manager by the name of Travis, of what had happened. He told me after I called the next day that he spoke to the driver and he indicated to him that he saw it placed back on top of the bookcase, but that was it. I told Travis how convenient it was for him to take my knife and then be able to have it with him the rest of the day for all the other 16 deliveries he had to make. The audacity the driver had after I risked further injury to my back while helping him and then he steals the one thing I had given to him to help him with opening the box, which was a birthday present to me. I returned to the mattress store but the manager Travis didn't want to talk to me any further about it and threatened to call the police if I didn't leave the store. I left without any further discussion. I wrote to the corporate office a few weeks ago and never heard back from anyone there.
