I had visited four different furniture stores trying to get a bed frame delivered either the same day or the next day, but I was told it would take 2 to 3 business days, which was too late for my needs. When I explained my urgency, Diego assured me he would do his best to get my delivery before noon. He kept me updated throughout the day, and by 6 pm, I received a message with a delivery window from 7:30 to 10:30 AM. True to his word, he called me to confirm, and the very next morning, Fernando and Hugo delivered and built the bed frame in minutes -- they were so efficient! I am genuinely grateful for the exceptional service and support from everyone at Sit'n Sleep. You have a fantastic team, and I truly appreciate all the help they provided during a difficult time. NOT WORTH THE MONEY Less then 1%. Walked in the store. I was welcomed by the store manager. She started out very eagerly ready to sale. I worked with the store manager she was very nice and very energetic. My husband telling me to get what I want. I did the bed test. Tried a few beds. I spent over $5,000 dollars i though this has to bed the best bed. I know sales are your goal. The beds were good not 100%. She said the new beds will be better it will adjust to you. ! I got the the bed, sheets & pillows tried to sleep in it the bed is short. I'm 5'7 and my toes hang off the end. First night it was bad. I did give it time for me and the bed to adjust. I waited for the allotted time she said to try it out. I came back in to the store with questions and the unopened pillows and sheets set to return. Same manager lady was there i expanded the trouble I was having with the bed and about the buttons hurting my hip. She was like a totally a different person OMG! She just out right said no returns no refunds she was so rude. The sheets and pillow were still in sealed shipping package I told her the bed has buttens that made it hard to sleep. She said they were just blooms or something like that. Said there is nothing they can do. Unless there was a manufactured flaw in the produces. So i said i spend over $5,000 dollars I'm out of luck. I ask what happened to the nice lady I worked with the first day. She was like it's the the store policy. She just smirks at me. I felt like I was working with an old school car sales person. And she was the store manager. So I have a bed that I wake up in pain and there is nothing I can do. There was somthing about a $500 dollar return on the mattress. So I have to loses 500 to return the mattress. Wow! For a bed i can't really sleep happily. I would never go to sit n sleep or recommend it. Painfully very dissatisfied with the company Sit n Sleep, Arteisa Ca store.. I got the adjustable bed and what I was told the top of the line mattress with two pillows and 2 sets of cooling sheet "not cooling at all. DO NOT SHOP HERE...they will RIP YOU OFF! I bought two sterns and foster mattresses which were hybrid and adjustable. After about two years one of the beds developed a deep indentation. They did send over a service inspector who found some slight stains which he admitted could not have caused the deep indentation. Long story short - because I removed the mattress tag and there was some barely visible stains, they would not honor their guarantee...this place is a total scam. You're better off going to Costco or somewhere that sells furniture...their sales and specials are a joke! read more

Our first experience buying a mattress was a total mess -- we weren't told the mattress was pre-owned, and the whole thing felt deceptive. This time around, though, we had an entirely different experience. I can't remember her name exactly (I think it might've been Trish, based on other reviews), but she was incredible from the start. No games, no pressure -- she was honest, upfront, and genuinely helpful. Before we even looked at anything, she made it crystal clear that the mattresses were pre-owned, which we really appreciated. She listened to what we needed and helped us find the right one without trying to upsell us or steer us wrong. I went in with apprehensions but all of them COMPLETELY disappeared when I met Trish. It had embarrassingly been 17 years since buying mattresses and how things have changed. It had been years since I purchased a mattress and I've had good and bad experiences doing so. Fortunately, for me, David Smith was working the day I went in. I didn't take him long to realize that I was going to take my time and try out many of the mattresses before making my decision. After answering some basic questions on a keyboard and then lying in their magic mattress evaluation machine it was determined, I should choose a medium-firm, or solid, firm mattress. So off I went searching the show room floor. I was there a LONG time trying out and re-trying them-- getting a feel for what was going to be my, hopefully, long-term mattress. After all, this was my crash course Ain how to buy a mattress and they do have quite a selection to choose from. David was very informative and he knows his mattresses, and was more than happy to answer ALL of my many questions, sometimes more than once...or twice, to help me make a qualified decision. Patient guy. Finally, I found "the one". I won't say which one I purchased, because buying a mattress is a personal body-specific choice and you have to find one that's right for you. Writing up the purchase was pretty straightforward, didn't take long and I even got a copy of the 120-day satisfaction guarantee and I later received a link to track the progress of my delivery. I was notified when they would arrive, which was delivered the next morning without a problem. The delivery guys were quick and polite--professional, taking all the plastic and cardboard with them when they left. About three months later, I discovered that my mattress was too soft for my back. Thank God for the 120-day trial period. I now have a firm mattress which I am enjoying. Oh, and I bought an electric mattress raiser so I can sit up in bed comfortably. It's just as good as, or better than a hospital bed. Lucky me. Thanks for your professionalism and patience David! And no, I don't work for sit and sleep. I'm a real customer. LOL! My wife and I were on a search for a new bed. We stopped into Sit and Sleep because of the good rating on Yelp and the cool television commercials we had seen before with Larry. We were lucky to be assisted by Angie the store Manager when we arrived. Angie was so amazing with us. She was very knowledgeable and patient with us. She made us feel very comfortable. She had us do a computer analyzes on a special bed that reads your body and recommends a bed firmness type depending on several factors. After trying several beds we decided on a Hybrid medium firm bed. The hybrid bed utilizes traditional springs on the bottom with a layer of memory foam on top. We purchased a king sized Premium Sealy Posturepedic bed. I must say it is the most comfortable bed I have owned to date. I was starting to wake up with lower back pain for the last couple months and I must say my back is so feeling so much better with my new bed. I was able to tell the difference after the first night of sleeping on it.. Who would have thought how much a bed means to our bodies. The bed was delivered quickly and everything was as promised. Sit and Sleep also offers no interest financing with Synchrony for anyone who might need a little leeway. My wife and I are very grateful with Angie for all her help. Please note that before the purchase, it was decided between myself and my lady that we were going with a Cal King (72'' x 84''). The dimensions of our bed frame are odd. The bed frame dimension: 76'' x 84'' So we both entered this Sit N Sleep location, where we were greeted and met with attentiveness. Phil is a great salesman who gave us the time to test out the beds. The low rating isn't about the experience at the store but with the delivery guys. When the delivery guys came with our Cal King, one of the drivers decided to shove his opinion that a King is suited better and the broken English lead to confusion. I heard him say that the Cal King power base and mattress we order wouldn't work. He measured and continue to say how a King is best. Let get this straight, I already chose to get the Cal King (72'' x 84'') not a King (76'' x 80''). I didn't understand fully what his intention may have been but what ended up happening was he straight-called customer support to order a King to have redelivered. Before I can even try to understand what he meant by the Cal King wouldn't work. He was gone. I went through the dimensions with Phil at the store and was furious with how quickly the driver literally ran to the truck. No Cal King installed. I later called the store to figure out why the driver said the bed wouldn't work. The manager at the location was busy but still gave her time to hear us out. We re-scheduled the Cal King to come back. 5 days later a new of drivers came. Installed the Cal King and what do you know it works! This bed is amazing and for what it's worth, this drama shouldn't have happened. All this info that lead to the confusion 'should have' and was discussed at the store before the payment for the 6plus grand set was made. Recommendation: With all due respect, please train your staff to know their roles. The confusion of this incident ruined the overall experience. REVIEW FOR ADAN R (Customer Service) I recently purchased a new king Koil Morro Bay Plus Mattress and box spring from the Norco sit & sleep on 8/7/20. It was delivered on 8/8/20. I also purchase a bed from wayfair that was to be delivered on a later date. The wayfair bed arrived 8/26(today)and my mattress and boxspring were waaaay too tall. I couldn't even get in my bed it was so high AND my ceiling fan was going to chop my head-off if I wasn't careful. I needed to exchange the boxspring. I originally called the Norco store and spoke with Pete first who wasn't much help all and for such an expensive purchase($2,000+). All I needed to do was make an exchange of a box spring, not a MATTRESS. Honestly, I felt Pete could have been a little more accommodating or at least pretend to be accommodating or act like he cared. Especially since this wasn't my first purchase at the Norco Sit & Sleep. So I decided to call customer service. When you make a purchase like that you want someone to address your concerns or at least take the time to listen. Thank God I got Adan R when I called customer service. He really took the time to help me. He actually cared. He was extremely accommodating and unbelievably pleasant to deal with. Adan went above and beyond to help me.
