Highly recommended anyone looking for new floors to stop by and visit Beth at San Tan wholesale…read moreflooring! We chose her and her business after shopping. Many other stores! not only did she offer great local service but she was over $4000 cheaper for the same product and same square footage as other stores.! the carpet installers were kind, courteous, and on time ! They cleaned up after for themselves and were very efficient! We're extremely happy with our new carpet and service we received from Beth at San Tan wholesale flooring in Queen Creek!

To date, a year later we never got that estimate. This time there was no home remodel. It was floors. So the owner was incorrect and deflecting. We had a flood in our house and our "remodel" was new floors and some patch work on the drywall from the flood. Two small areas of drywall. No other remodel. For flooring they said could have been done within a week or two. But 8 weeks later with our floors torn up we could not get an estimate to save our lives. If someone is calling you once a week for 2 months about floors and you can't get back to them, that is just bad business pure and simple. Hope the family gets it together for future customers. We've since completed our project by having another company come out, measure and install our floors the same week we stopped trying to reach out to San tan. Go with anyone else.

Misleading, Overpriced, and Deeply Unethical Experience I…read morespent $8,592 on three slabs of countertops from Diamond Granite, and it turned into one of the worst contracting experiences I've ever had. The slabs I received were poor quality, the color was completely off from what was advertised, and every concern I raised was dismissed instead of addressed. Danny was the one who pushed me hard to choose Carrara Breeze, insisting it was their most popular install. But the moment I made the initial payment, he disappeared. I later learned from Daniel, the owner, that Danny was in Hawaii on "another job." During installation Day, I raised concerns about my slabs having a brownish tint instead of the clean white Carrara Breeze shown on Arizona Tile's website. Daniel (who had now become my new point of contact) told me that "all Carrara Breeze slabs are different" and that I basically needed to accept what I got. The message was clear: my complaints didn't matter, and I should stop questioning the product. Then came the pricing shock. I later found out from a reliable source that their sale price for Carrara Breeze is around $650 per slab, yet I was charged $2,865 per slab. That's an extreme markup, and at no point was I given transparent pricing or honest guidance. As a woman navigating this process alone, I felt taken advantage of at every turn. The tone shifted the moment payment was made -- suddenly every question was met with defensiveness, blame, or references to "paperwork" instead of actual customer service. I left every interaction feeling unheard, dismissed, and pressured. If you are a single woman or someone without contracting experience, please be cautious. My experience made it clear that this company does not prioritize fairness, transparency, or ethical treatment. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I will forever regret choosing Diamond Granite for my countertop installation. I later learned about Ready Renovations & Remodeling LLC, who have an excellent reputation and handle everything with professionalism and integrity. I wish I had known about them sooner. Think twice before contacting Diamond Granite. I hope my experience helps someone else avoid the stress, financial loss, and frustration I went through. I will not emphasize this enough, PLEASE do your research before you hire these guys. They are absolutely scammers and will charge you 3x the amount. If you want Countertops, go to the source they buy from (Arizona Tile) and find you a reliable contractor who can do the installation for you!

STAY AWAY -- DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. Diamond Granite &…read moreRemodeling does not stand behind their work. We hired them to remodel our kitchen, including the installation of new marble countertops. Once the protective paper and plastic were removed, we immediately noticed a crack in one of the newly installed slabs. Over the next several days, the crack continued to grow. We contacted Daniel, who came to our home to inspect the issue. Instead of taking responsibility, he blamed us, claiming we must have stood on the countertop. My husband and I are both senior citizens, and my husband recently underwent a total knee replacement -- the accusation was not only incorrect but unreasonable. Daniel then stated that with this type of marble, "if you just look at it, it will crack," which is an unacceptable and unprofessional explanation. After reading other negative reviews, it's clear this pattern is common: if something goes wrong, the customer is blamed. We spent over $22,000 and now have not one, but two cracked countertops. Do not waste your money with this contractor. Choose a company that is honest, reputable, and stands behind its work. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AFTER VENDORS COMMENT: Do you want a vendor who blames you for poor workmanship instead of taking responsibility and fixing the problem? If not, stay away from this company. The vendor had no idea the cracks even existed because neither he nor his salesperson returned to inspect the completed job. The cracks began small, and we monitored them as they continued to grow from top to bottom. Much of the fabrication was done on our driveway, with the installers repeatedly handling the marble, which likely contributed to the damage. The vendor now acknowledges the cracks but insists they were caused by "post‑installation stress or impact"--essentially suggesting that two senior citizens somehow stood on the countertops. Our credit card dispute is still pending, and no decision has been made. This company does not stand behind its work, which is why they are constantly responding defensively to negative reviews.

The Edge Remodeling stood behind their products and came out right away. When they saw it was a complicated issue, they coordinated with Hayward to get warranty work approved to fix it. It took a while and several trips to troubleshoot, but we just got a new Hayward heat pump installed in time for my brother's trip here for a destination wedding. This was done at no cost under the warranty. Everyone is so excited that we will have a heated pool for several days of fun. I am happy that The Edge Remodeling and Hayward had integrity and honored the warranty. Nice to see a company that stands behind their work and supports warranty repair coordination on equipment that their company installed.

Run. Run fast and far from this company!!!!! Scamming owner (Randy). Terrible, not just bad,…read moreabsolutely terrible work. Will cut every corner possible. Will say "yes, yes, yes" to your face and then either use unqualified and/or unskilled workers AND the cheapest quality product possible. We have had countless contractors on our property to fix or completely redo work we paid the Edge to do already (rolled into mortgage). The one constant with every one these contractors is "how did this house pass inspection?" Hmmmmmm....Will not give my opinion on how this happened. A recent natural disaster has brought what we have known all along even more to light. Just ONE (of so many) example(s), we had to redo the flooring on the upper level of our home. Absolutely no backer board was used when Edge installed it originally. Our beautiful flooring was laid directly on the original disgusting plywood. We wondered why the tongue and groove was lifting? Why such unevenness?! But I can assure you we paid top dollar for the backer board and the installation of said backer board that was never used and never purchased. Maybe that's what bought Randy's fancy new truck? You've been warned.
