What became the issue was everything that happened afterward. The dealership assured us it would be "super easy" to locate the exact vehicle we wanted and had us move forward with a credit application based on numbers they quoted us at around a $900/month payment. We trusted what we were being told and allowed them to run our credit. For the next two weeks, we were repeatedly told they were searching for the vehicle and gave the impression everything was progressing normally. Then suddenly we were told the vehicle would actually need to be custom ordered from Toyota because it supposedly wasn't easy to get after all. On top of that, the original payment numbers they wrote up were somehow "completely wrong," and the actual payment would now be around $1,400/month -- a massive difference that should never happen if the numbers were calculated honestly and professionally from the start. So after weeks of wasted time, multiple misleading statements, and an unnecessary hit to our credit, we ended up with no vehicle and zero accountability from the dealership. Extremely disappointing experience. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

In showing me the truck I was interested in and in discussing the proposed deal, he was very patient and thorough. Upon delivery, he had filled the tank with gas and then demonstrated all the features of the truck that were new to me. Further, he transferred my personal key ring and key-fob protective skin from my old truck key to my new one. Plus, he moved my Texas license plates and rear plate frame to my new truck. Beyond that, he himself transferred my locking lug nuts to my new truck. I submit to you that only a salesman who truly cares about his customers would do all those tasks.
