This wasn't the first vet clinic that I chose to take my fur children to. I took my dog to a more…read moreholistic clinic in Denver. I didn't have a bad experience, it just wasn't the right fit. So I kept doing research and came across this office. I took my 12 year old cat to see Dr. Brown and was very pleased with the care from start to finish. I think it was Sara that I spoke with to schedule his appointment and she was very sweet and professional. Tina and John were the two techs that assisted Dr. Brown at our visit. Turns out our cat needed some major dental work and had lost a lot of weight because he was so uncomfortable and had thyroid issues. I know, I'm a horrible mother! :( Anywho, Tina and John were very kind and helping us get our cat started on vit D injections and discussed his dental procedure and what to expect. My husband and I greatly appreciated the time they took with us and our cat. I appreciate the approach that Dr. Brown took for our cats health. On top of having dental and thyroid issues. We were also given supplement powders to help with further dental issues as well as a probiotic powder to add to his food to help balance his gut biome. I'm all about holistic health and avoiding medications if possible. I'm excited for our appointment this Sat for our dog to get established with Dr. Brown. Why wait until your pet is sick. I'm all about preventative health. :)

Harmony vet center is not good enough for a 1 star rating. My vet had retired and I went to…read moreHarmony because they were close. My cat had lost 50% of his body weight and was not eating. I took him there and had a 8:30 appointment. I thought I would be in to see a vet ver quickly because of the early appointmen, I waited over an hour with no reason given. The vet said possibly he wasn't eating because he might need his teeth to be cleaned. They gave him 3 injections and told me to buy some cosequin to sprinkle on his food and charged me $640. Told me to come back in 3 weeks. He wasn't eating dead in 3 days. Not my favorite vet.

Dr. Rob has been taking care of both my dog and cat for probably about 4 or 5 years now. I moved…read moredown to Northwest Denver in 2022 but I still make the drive up to CCAPM when my pets need care because I trust Dr. Rob wholeheartedly! I have a special needs cat and a highly anxious dog, and I've found the services to be very affordable compared to other veterinary care that they've had in the past, whether it's regular maintenance or emergency appointments. Dr. Rob is very straightforward and does not sugarcoat things which I appreciate. I've always been able to get appointments either same-day or within a day or two when I've needed it, and the office has always been running on time when I've been. I love this office and will continue to make the drive to CCAPM as long as I have pets!

Please read the entire message…read more AVOID THIS PLACE! I'll never come back here again! All I wanted to do was leave a One Star review on Google without saying anything about my experience... since CCAPM keeps responding in their comments with my personal info and FALSE statements. Also, criticizing the lack of training, knowledge, and socialization I've done for my dog. When I read that then it starts to feel personal, especially with all the time and effort I've put into training her. I did take her to a trainer when she was younger as well. I've raised dogs, horses and cows my entire life! I know how to handle animals. Outside of this clinic she is very lovable and playful around people/animals. (Please see photos attach) You can see my dog playing with Kids and Horses! Now... I'll let the world decide... does she look poorly trained? I didn't fail at training my dog! I took all the appropriate measures. My dog is scared of this vet and I'm not surprised. They scare me as well. I agree 100% with all the other 1 star reviewers. Just look at how rude and unprofessional there responses are. Other's are complaining about similar experience's they've had here. Makes me feel glad that I'm not alone.

Good day to everyone, +++ I could only speak one my behalf…read more +++ HIGHLY RECOMMEND +++ I WAS PANICKING, YET CALM +++ I won't mention names, so I will only mention the team. The staff working the shift on 8AM-10AM (01/06/2026) were busy take note that there may have been some appointments... but they manage to assure me that everything will be fine. I am sure it is per say on each shift. But I felt like the call to action was immediate... before I got to sign any paperwork or ask for anything (I was in the process of handing them my ID). A nurse or doctor came to help my dog he is like a son to me. The VCA @ ALAMEDA, made the process smooth. After they left to check up on him. The ladies that are at the front counter were very friendly. And my information was jotted down on the system. They have a TV so you can see what your dogs wait time is and they even have the system text you. They also prioritize dogs the number (1) is a severe case I assume the (1) would cut in line... while number (3) is less severe than number (2), hopefully the concept is understanding. And they also show you on the TV what priorities number the patient is. Anyways... getting to the point... the nurses were asking me questions while I was in the lobby.... And I gave them all the information I could give. I was really worried but I think it didn't show but I was in a state of panic, thying to find what went wrong, although I have a very organized apartment... long story short I'm speculate that my T.H.C. was the reason for this situation... I am unable to find out how he may have done it... but in the end even if it was human error... I would have to take jurassic measure (I use the cartridge so I am not sure what to say but to be careful about where things may be... because it's the little things that make it that much worse) I can say I am in some sort of recession with my person. I didn't know that I would be in a veterinary clinic today. The amount was reduced by the laddies at the front counter. A controversial act to some but that now makes me more likely to go into this location rather then a competitor, so the future profits will probably go to them rather then the XYZ companies. I know that management knows that this team rocks! I hope that this is known that perhaps this may have the best interest for all parties, because of this how this particular situation was handled by the staff. P.s. "He is much more better" Thank you I will be glad to say that this can be taken as a learning opportunity. -ANGEL

My deposit was not refunded because they said it wasn't refundable. I dont do business this way but if you want to go with Aspengold Bengals, remember, they do not budge on sending you paperwork or refunding anything. I was going to have to fly from California to Colorado to get this cat and when I realized it was not feasible after having my $100 deposit, Judy's partner Jason simply said non refundable and when I called him, he said I am busy now, its non refundable. Needless to say this left a very bad taste in my mouth and I would never do business with Judy or the partner Jason again! Jason goes under the business name: Golden Dot Bengals in Centennial Co, and he is the one who took my Venmo payment and refused to refund me. He also called me a bully for wanting my money back "because things didn't go my way". He did everything through text and would never give me an email address for him. I go no paperwork showing me the genetic testing they did on the parent cats. Highly unprofessional. I ended up with an amazing rescue kitten who is an Ocicat and I love him.
