I arrived with a scheduled appointment at 9:00 a.m. to have the rear shocks replaced on my vehicle. The service technician assured me the job would only take a few hours. By 2:00 p.m., with no update, I called the shop. I was told they were behind and hadn't even started on my car yet, but they promised they would begin work at 3:00 p.m. When I still hadn't heard anything by 5:00 p.m., I returned to the shop and found my vehicle sitting untouched in the exact same parking spot--eight full hours after I dropped it off. The technician then admitted they were running far behind and said they would start "right away," estimating the job at about 30 minutes. At that moment, I was tempted to just let them finish, but the complete lack of respect for my time and my appointment left me with no choice but to take my business elsewhere. My car sat idle in their lot all day while my place in line was repeatedly pushed back. This level of poor communication and disregard for a confirmed appointment is unacceptable. It has significantly damaged my trust in Les Schwab and unfortunately overshadows all the positive experiences I've had with them in the past. I expected much better.

I stopped by on Friday to get some things out of the jeep and was surprised it was on the lift. A miracle that the parts arrived overnight. Failure to even tighten the radiator hose clamp, Failure to replace fan shroud clips, failure to refill the cooling system all the way, Charging 117 bucks for a 5 minute thermostat replacement which should have been included in the water pump replacement. Never take your car there. If you have to then check everything before you leave because they have a 100% 3 out of 3 times incomplete defective job.
