I'll be tbe first to admit that getting taken advantage of by this place is my own fault for being in a rush and not doing research first with my typical diligence... Anyway, I just paid $1500 for a system that doesn't even measure up to the stock system on my 2019 Honda insight that it was replacing. Not even close really. Not only is the sound an obvious downgrade and you would seriously think that a toddler must have tuned it.... But the speakers and Amps I just paid 1500 for are the cheapest knock off Walmart brand I don't even understand what they were doing at an actual professional auto shop. Obvious amateur work done with no concern for the customer or the reputation of the business. read more

Great job installing my 7" kenwood and backup camera in my new Jeep Wrangler. Super friendly and the work was done fast and very well. Only thing I would've asked for is a quick clean up of the wire trimmings, but for the quality and prices they charge, I really cannot complain. L B provides high quality customer service. My first time taking my car here for audio and wiring problems with my Toyota Prius. They were able to pinpoint the problem without charging me. They gave me an option to fix it myself or have them fix it for dirt cheap. This type of service shows the honesty and integrity at L B. I gave them my business without hesitation. I found this place on yelp and very happy with the service. I didn't have an aux cord in my car and all I want to listen to is my music from my phone. I'm a college student and don't have much money and they gave me the best quote. They did it really quick and when I came back a month later because i thought something wasn't working right they checked it as soon as I got there and fixed it in no time. Great experience with Cesar and the team at LB Auto Sound. Very nice, professional and knowledgeable with my stero issues. They created an AUX plug, I have a X5 2006 with no jack for AUX. Talked to Cesar ahead of time before I ordered my sub and amp he gave a quote of 110.00 brought my car actually needed more stuff such as wiring and a box he kept the quote price he did an excellent job installing everything and was very professional highly recommend this place! read more

I'm happy to give a 5 STAR review to LB Auto Sound. I had been to two other auto stereo shops--one small and the other a big chain and neither was helpful. In one morning I was able to bring my car in to LB Auto Sound and they diagnosed the problem, got the new stereo components within a half hour, and then I went and had breakfast and got a call that I have a new stereo. They even showed me how use the new equipment. Professional, friendly, and efficient--if you need a brand new auto sound system or a replacement like I did go to LB Auto Sound! read more

I had a great experience with this shop. I was put into a bad situation when the jack on my audio system broke the day before a road trip. The company that put in the system said that they couldn't see me. LB Auto Sounds told me to come right in and they fixed it in 10 minutes for a super reasonable price. read more

This is a blatant violation of California Business and Professions Code § 9884.9, which prohibits charging a penny over a written estimate without a new, signed authorization. It is also a violation of the Consumer Legal Remedies Act (Civil Code § 1770) regarding deceptive 'Bait and Switch' pricing. Charging nearly $1,000 for window tint on a small 4-door car is ridiculous. There is nothing 'prestige' or luxury about this service that justifies a 40% markup over their own written quote. The shop ignored three separate formal attempts to resolve this billing error. Formal complaints have been filed with appropriate entities. The back started sagging so I contacted Baja to adjust the height and level the car. He gave me a very fair quote, but I didn't have the time to come in. Months later, I hit him up and he had me in, within days. He knows what he's doing and pointed out unrelated issues under the car. He knows what he's doing and judging by the cars on his lot and shop, he's an artist when it comes to customizing. Rare to find an honest and talented mechanic, but this is my shop for any custom work!

Stay away from this place. Do not spend your money here or deal with them. I went to them several months ago to get a system installed in my new car. Had to go back the very next day because the guy didn't connect the system right. He had an attitude, as if I were bugging him when it was HIM who messed up the installation in the first place. And my system hasn't been sounding right every since I got it installed. Couldn't place my finger on it. But I wasn't getting any push from the front speakers. Took it to another installation expert and the car is wired wrong. The amps are pushing the subwoofer only and I'm getting no fade or balance to adjust the front speakers at all. Now this new place is trying to charge me $200 to rewire the system when it should have been done right THE FIRST TIME! Unprofessional attitudes, poor installation. Just a nightmare! These are the guys you want to do business with in any business -- knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and a fair price. We were told the amp was out at other places and that it would cost a fortune. Cesar checked it out. It was the radio, not the amp. We got an upgraded radio INSTALLED for less than the others were asking just for the parts. It took about 2 hours from start to finish, including a short tutorial on how to operate the new unit. Great place! read more

I brought speakers from another car to install in my new ride. LB Auto did an amazing job. They worked fast and did a higher quality install than my previous audio dealer. Price was very fair, easy to communicate what I want and owner intuitively made sure everything was covered, I.e., they used new wires at no extra cost. Highly recommended. read more
