At the recommendation of some clients, we decided to give NSG a shot. To say that our office was spotless would be an absolute understatement. On top of that, the workers were very pleasant to deal with and followed my directions exactly (something you don't normally get with other companies). They seem to be a legitimate company and I wanted to have somebody that I could trust come clean my house. I took their weekly service and as with any housekeeping I would text to see if they could do a special kind of service (fridge cleaning or organize cabinets- NONE WAS EVER DONE) and if they would have the time to do that. I believe in respect between both parties that's why my previous housekeeper I for almost a year before they moved away. Their service is not top quality. They're just a commercial cleaning company and they don't ask questions or put any special thought in maintaining weekly cleanliness of a house. I still kept them just because of the safety but the week prior to today's cleaning one of the cleaners decided to let their driver in to use the bathroom without asking me and only got caught cause I came downstairs. They said the driver had to use the bathroom and they will clean up again. This definitely gave me a weird feeling and the cleaners would have the doors open letting in bugs everytime. One of them does not speak English and the other one stays on the phone. I decided to try them one more time for the service today and asked the owner if they could clean the basement which really involves sweeping and mopping. There is no furniture but some luggage and few items scattered. The cleaner who let in the driver took pictures and sent it the owner complaining my basement is too big and there are things in it. Mind you I asked the owner if they could do it since it's not part of the regular cleaning. The owner decides to call me disgruntled that I always have something extra every week and it takes long time. They were charging me $150 a week without tip (I always tipped $20) and they never cleaned for more than 2 hours. That comes to 42.5 dollars each cleaner since they normally sent two. This kind of unprofessionalism should not be tolerated. We as working parents keep housekeepers to help assist and maintain the day to day cleanliness of the house not to be chastised by a service we are paying for. Please think twice about using them.

However, the women that came to clean were flighty, very obsessed with their phones (they all charged them in my outlets, no biggie), but for all the work they were supposed to do and didn't: Window shades and windowsills were filthy, bathrooms were filthy, including the toilets (and one of them even flushed a used tampon down the toilet, which we had to take out when we got home), floors were dirty and all the glass in the apartment (including the stove tops) were smudged and greasy. But the insult to injury is that I emailed the employer and told him all that was not done. Never heard a response but was billed for work that was never done.

They show up on time and perform a thorough cleaning, including bathrooms, windows, the refrigerator, oven, and more. They sent two ladies, and it took them about 4 hours. I was particularly impressed the last time I used them. They showed up around 3 pm, while it was still light outside. By 5 PM, it was already dark, and no lights on in the apartment. Unfortunately, when my last tenants moved out, they cancelled the electricity service. I arrived around 7 PM and found two ladies cleaning the apartment with flashlights. I didn't know how "deep" the cleaning would be using the flashlights. But when I came back in the morning, everything was perfectly cleaned. I can only say great things about their services.

This was on Memorial Day, and I have guests coming over, which I had explicitly explained to her.
