I finally ordered delivery from this popular spot, and I selected the daily special of Da' Brooklyn (Pastrami, Corned Beef, Swiss Cheese, Spicy Mustard, toasted on Seeded Rye, topped with pickles & BBQ Coleslaw), which sounded delicious! On opening up the pre-cut sandwich, I was struck by the color and ample layers of meats. The sandwich held itself together and was so delicious! I loved the flavor combos and the crunch. Now I can't imagine ordering anything but this special- and I'm excited to try their other combos. So good! There was no choice of size on the special on GrubHub, and I did find it smaller than I anticipated, roughly half the size of the full size turkey sub also ordered along with mine, but the sandwich was packed full and very filling. Stopped by L-Dub Subs during the Downtown Lake Worth art show on Saturday and grabbed a sub to split with my boyfriend. We ordered the "Put Your Ham on My Thigh" (iconic name, honestly). The bread was super soft and fresh, and the chicken + prosciutto were sliced paper thin... like buttahhh. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. Excellent sandwich shop! We came here for lunch on a Monday. It was a group of 4 of us and we placed our order in person. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I did a build your own with Ham and Swiss and it was delicious! My fiancé had the Italian which was also delicious. If you're in a rush, or don't really want to wait that long, I would mobile order in advance. They were not slow by any means, it just obviously takes time to build 4 subs. So if you don't want to wait for them to be built order in advance. The shop itself is on the smaller side. There's about 2 tables of 2 inside and 1 table of 3 and a table of 2 outside. Nothing wrong with it, it's small, just plan to probably not eat at the place. Very delicious subs and friendly staff. Would recommend and would return! read more

We stopped in again for lunch and this time we brought our family that lives in West Palm Beach with us. They haven't been to L-Dub Subs. We told them they are in for a treat! Fresh ingredients, friendly service and a welcoming vibe. We split the Put Your Ham On My Thigh Sub and it hit the spot. We opted to toast it and it made a difference. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, they have a handful of tables and chairs inside and one outside as well, with plenty of parking. The sandwich was great, ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and everything was reasonably priced. Subs are a carb casing around deliciousness. Some subs are made with bread, like light-as-air Leidenheimer, that give New Orleans' po'boys their crunchy, fluffy big wow. L-Dubs' bread is the exact opposite. It's more like a Defense Department shell, for a nuclear sub that's going to have to submerge to the crushing depths, meters and meters below: Tough shell; it's unspeakably dry; has terrible texture; and is HEAVY. So, even though the meat, on the Lake Quirky Club, was decent, albeit a little light on the actual meat, their bread sent this sub to the bottom. The cute names are fun. Stuffed subs are what you will get here along with great service by the friendly owners. We were lovingly greeted upon entering the store and given the "low down" on the menu. Their daily sub special was interesting but we chose to order an 8 inch sub with sliced chicken and all kinds of veggies. The bread choice was soft white sub roll or seeded rye bread. They have a good variety of meats and cheeses. They will customize it any way you want and that is what makes this place special. They even gave us a small discount for no reason at all. Inside there are 2 small tables and a bartop for air-conditioned seating and outside there are a bunch of small cafe tables. Mostly a place togo but they welcome you to stay and eat. For a dessert option, they had fresh baked cookies that I hope to try on my next visit. Parking is free and pretty simple on the street in front of the store. They have been in this location for a while and I am glad I finally went in and got some food because it was really delicious. read more

I remember at least one table outside and a little table inside, and well as a few seats at a long counter against the window. I would say it would probably be easier to call your order in, and I would suggest just getting your food to go since it's such a little shop! Stopped by today for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised with how delicious my turkey sub was. The quality of the meat was great, the bread was just right, everything was on point. While I was deciding what to have, I overheard the owner telling a customer that his cornbeef was marinating in Guinness stout and then he would serve it like a Reuben. That alone sounded delish. Good things come in small packages! Found this place by Googling "near me," and I'm so glad that I did. We were on our way to a club meeting and needed a quick bite. It is a tiny place sort of across the street from The Bamboo Room. There is ample parking behind the building. They have a large menu of subs, with many options including a house mayo that I would recommend. I ordered a BLT, which is not specifically on the menu but qualifies as a "MeatUp" menu item. It was just the thing I needed for lunch that day. We happened upon their shop on it's 6 month Anniversary!
