If I had known before I ordered, I would have just gotten the sub that was the same price as my "sub in a tub" (no bread). My salad was just boring and not TOTALLY AWESOME! I ordered my Chef Salad to go and when I got home, it was missing the turkey and the roast beef was only half of a slice. Less than 3 oz. of meat on the whole salad. When I called to speak with a manager about the mistake, the woman who answered was extremely rude. She constantly interrupted me, refused to let me finish a sentence, and then hung up on me. I called back immediately, and the man who answered refused to give me the manager's name before hanging up on me as well. This is not acceptable. You should not have to pay good money for incorrect orders followed by rude, dismissive treatment from management. I contacted DoorDash and received a full refund, but that doesn't change the fact that this place has terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Bottom line: Avoid this restaurant entirely. There are far better options out there that actually care about getting your order right and treating customers with basic respect. The lady at the front counter was delightful. Her name was Heidi and she was super helpful and tried her best to figure it out. She also got her manager involved. The manager seemed less concerned about the issue and trying to solve it, and even though we were there for another 15-20 minutes, never addressed it again. I am not the type of person to get upset or angry, so I just placed an in-person order (the two salads) and used the coupon for that. That took longer than it should have to accomplish due to their technology (certainly appears to be an ongoing theme). So, I spent $25 more than I expected to spend to use my $20 birthday gift...LOL! Once we got all the way back home, I made the drive out from East Boynton Beach - 35 minutes away, we discovered that both of our meals were missing their sides. I am now trying to decide whether it is worth it to call them and ask them to fix it. I am certain I will not like the answer. Sadly, I cannot give a good recommendation for this place.
