The results from the treatment is amazing. I thought I was stuck with a sagging jawline. With no help other than plastic surgery as my alternative. But after one treatment, my jaw line became firmer and more angular. I had no idea that there was a lot of fluid in my face that resulted in the puffy, sagging chin and neck. I am so grateful. Thank you Jennifer for giving me a more youthful looking face. And my skin is looking so healthy, just an overall firmer face. The only con is that it can be a tad difficult to find and parking in downtown Burlingame is difficult, but there is usually residential parking and James sends you a text if you're having any issues. His skin center sells effective products, I recognized a few on his shelf that my boyfriend and I use. He has an extensive history of caring for his clients skin and runs another center in the East Bay.

I called the day before my appointment and specifically requested to see the vial before it was prepared into syringes. When I met with the doctor, she simply said no, turned around, and then told me she could not work with me because I did not trust her. There was no discussion or explanation. I found her reaction dismissive and extremely rude. If my request was unacceptable, they could have told me when I called and saved me an hour of driving. Given the concerns surrounding non-FDA-approved peptides, I believe politely requesting to see the product (label) of what I am purchasing is reasonable. The doctor's reaction only made me more concerned about the source of what they are selling. It is totally fine that the dr wants to hide what they are selling. What makes me upset is wasting an hour driving in for this unpleasant experience.

I have severe acne prone skin that requires I come in once a month to get a facial. Over the years, I trust Lizzy to do whatever treatment is needed for my skin to get back into shape. Without a doubt, it always works in helping my skin feel so much better and I have noticed if I don't come for a month, it negatively effects my face where I start getting painful breakouts. Lizzy is a fantastic esthetician. She is super gentle for all her treatments from washing my face to extractions. She always ensures that I am aware of what she is doing especially when certain products tingle. And all of the products she uses smell incredible. She is also hilarious, kind, and really patient. If all of this hasn't convinced you to visit Skin Revival, then I have more things for you. She never pushes to upsell you for any products. She does however have incredible products that she sells and are extremely high quality because she believes that our skin deserves the best. First of all, her products are sensational - her own line is amazing (the sulphur toner, vit c and green tea serums are all staples for me) and the products she uses in her treatments outside of her own line are all high quality. I always find this to be what sets beauty experts apart - products!! And knowing what to use on who! Lizzy nails both. Also, she uses these devices that you won't get during a typical facial. High frequency, cryo therapy, the best LED light therapy available (I know bc I researched it before I even started seeing Lizzy), etc. She does the most gentle extractions, but will go for something stubborn if needed without causing stress to the skin. Pretty sure my first facial I told her about this bump under my skin on my cheek that had been there for months and she just said "oh, I'll get it". And she did! She's well versed on what's pregnancy safe. My skin just looks noticeably improved as soon as I leave a facial with Lizzy. Oh! Let's not forget the space she's created. Her little boutique spa is a little slice of heaven. So peaceful and zen. CLEAN! Her playlists are always on point. Everything about the space is just so effortless. My four is mainly for my unique situation, which was that it was just one spot that took less than 10 seconds to zap. Even adding in a couple extra areas that I usually would just pluck, the entire visit would take less than 2 minutes. Which was pretty steep at around $80 each. I had about 6-8 appointments (it's been about a year or so since I completed the last one so I'm not totally sure at this point) but within about 3 months or so, I noticed everything had grown back. So unless I was willing to have consistent recurring appointments, it didn't make sense for me to continue with the service. I simply switched over to shaving vs plucking and called it a day. I will say that I'm still very pleased that I visited Entrada as the redness from the spot completely faded and it fully healed. Which was everything I could have hoped for. So for me, while it was expensive, I'm very glad I did it and would recommend Entrada for similar issues.

This is the worst customer service Update: I have changed my review to 3 stars as the owner contacted me later that evening to sincerely apologize and explain that her assistant had accidentally booked the wrong day. She even offered to add a peel off mask for free! I truly appreciate her reaching and making things right. Unfortunately the remaining appts they had for April don't work for me schedule wise so I will give them a try in August as I appreciate the owners efforts.
