Unprofessional & obnoxious: The young technicians (don't know the name of the tech but half of her hair was shaved under) were chatting and screaming so loud while they were doing lashes. All that exclamations and storytelling over some shows or movies spitting all over my face. 2. Inexperienced & negative: I have been to 3 -4 different places and I have never seen this uneven job in which the directions lashes were all over. Yet, she was full of excuses and very negative when asked to correct her messy work. 'Your lashes are not much to grab or natural lashes directions are the problem' 3. Do NOT last: started to fall off in 24 hrs and worsen. Went back for correction. Fell off at the same rate after the second correction even blaming the glue. I went to a different place after to fix them and she did a great job like the other 3places I had been but didn't like the membership. Overall, I would not recommend this service and hope the owner manages the employees closely and properly train them. The desk worker was sweet. She said she is a part of the family of the owner and her sister went on vacation. I felt like the place was run by high school girls without parents.

The first two visits were for a trim and subsequently to freshen up my short-to-long layers. Backstory: I am relaxed and have been for over 30years. I also care for my own hair (occasionally going to the salon for special events, detailed cuts, etc.) so I know my way around my hair. I don't remember the name of the young lady (senior student) that trimmed my hair on my initial visit (sorry bout that). I asked her to assess the condition of my hair (regarding the chemical damage) in her expert opinion, and she answered honestly: My hair was damaged in areas, but correctable (which I knew). She did a great job. I returned a few weeks later hoping the same young lady would be there to touch up my layers but she was not. No problem, although I prefer the same person perform surgery on my hair no matter how minor. Another senior student (Sandra) was assigned to me. She too did an awesome job. She told me to come back when I was ready for my relaxer and she could apply it. I returned about a week later (with my own products) and she did a wonderful job. She was accommodating, attentive and polite and I was pleased with my final results. COSTS: Relaxer: $32 (includes roller set and dry)- My Cost: $28 ( I did not roller set nor dry) I dried and styled at home. The school has products they use, however you can bring your own products if you choose (NOTE: it doesn't save you any money) Cut: $6 (only SENIOR students are allowed to cut hair.)
