The whole time I felt confused and frustrated. I asked her to fix my nails multiple times and it wasn't until I got my friend involved that she decided to fix them. The quality was absolutely horrible. They didn't tell us they charged an extra $7 for FRENCH TIPS. Which as you can tell in the picture were just god awful. I just gave up on her fixing them because at the point we were at she was just ruining them. She even butchered my third toe and didn't say anything to me when I flinched and took it out of her hand. The lack of professionalism and respect for their guest was just upsetting. It was overpriced and absolute shit work. Never would recommend nor would I be coming back to a place like this. read more

I came here because my normal salon was closed and I had 1 nail on the edge of coming off and everything I hit it it would hurt lol. I was charged $70 for a fill and a French tip.... now the Nail tech was very nice and polite. However she made a few comments about how long my nails are, she kept looking over at the clock and every second I could feel the rushing (I got there around 520pm they closed at 7) I could see all the little cut marks in my acrylic from her rushing, I had to ask for the shape to be fixed and they still aren't the best (shape is everything) the color is a little weird not what I expect. I don't think this is worth $70. I understand time and product trust me. My French isn't even cleaned up and detailed. read more

My daughter and I came here for mani and pedi's. I asked for a SNS dip powder and my tech did an excellent job. The person who did my Pedi was rough and rushed and ignored me when I told her how sensitive my diabetic feet are. Afterwards, she brought us up the counter to pay and charged us an automatic 25% tip for each service since i paid with a debit card. But there was no sign posted stating this she just took it upon herself to tip herself. I was going to give her less and my fingernail tech more. But she didn't give a choice. 2nd visit nail tech great! No issue. 3rd time different nail tech. She was super rough and I actually had cuts on all my fingers from the nail file. Since I'm diabetic they were open cuts for a week! Also the dip is already coming off after a week in half. Looks terrible and hurt! read more

I was really pleased with their availability when my friend and I went in for a pedicure. They didn't make me feel like I was getting squeezed in or guilty for basically ignoring them and chatting with my friend. I got the special which included an extended massage though, and I gave them three stars since the woman I had didn't do the paid upon length which I just happened to noticed since I had my phone in a timer to take some medication. It also kinda felt like she was just rubbing her hands down with no specific pressure, so that was a huge disappointment. My nail polish I picked out was either almost expired or not a very good brand and it kinda looked meh. Overall, willing to give this place another try since they were pretty reasonable if you get actually good nail polish and a good massage. I'll be sure to update if I go in again. :) read more

I was on this side of town this weekend so I decided to stop at L'Mour Nails and give them a try. Everyone there seems very professional and they are really welcoming. My nail tech suggested I go with gel instead of regular polish due to it lasting much longer and is a lot shinier. I had a bad experience with gel in the past but I decided to give it another try. I went with a black gel because Ive always wanted to try this color on my nails. WOW! Not only was the manicure amazing but the gel looks perfect and very clean. It's been a few days now and I've washed a lot of dishes and my nails are still super fresh and very shiny. I was told the shop is under new management now and I thought I would take some time to leave a review since I was really pleased with gel manicure. Who you get here is key. My sisters both had awesome experiences, mine wasn't so great. I think the girl I had was new to acrylics but I can't be sure. I have been getting fills and full sets for almost 10 years now so I know the process pretty well. I watched in horror as she soaked the acrylic powder and piled it higher and higher on my nails. I let it go thinking she'd file and sand it down. Nope. I had gigantic, lumpy globs of acrylic. Only made worse by more gel later. She also didn't shave down my nail underneath so it started lifting almost immediately. I had to replace them after 1.5 weeks when usually they could easily last a month. So disappointed and so expensive! I spent $45 on a FILL. yikes. read more

I went in over a week ago and got SNS on my nails. They turned out okay, but unfortunately they did not last me for more than one week. One nail peeled off 4 days after and I went to get it fixed. When I was getting it fixed, I noticed the owner speaking to the original nail tech that did my nails. She was telling him stuff in there language and pulling my hand to show him something. I thought this was very unprofessional and rude. SNS is expensive and is supposed to last for weeks but this salon did not prep the nail correct or use the right supplies to do so. $40 down the drain. read more

Absolutely loved this salon. Very nice layout with a lot of foot spas. We made appointments for 3 pedicures and were welcomed right away and all worked on at the same time. The staff was so friendly, they even took a picture of the three of us on my phone for memories. The salon was very clean and the tools they used seem sanitary. I really liked how they took their time with our pedicures and did not rush through it to go work on other people. I went in to get my nails done before I go to Disney World and already had a picture of what I wanted. My nail technician Kyle was awesome! He was able to do the design perfectly! I have slight OCD, so when I saw him redo to design on my nail to make the dots just right I was extremely pleased. As well I have horrible nail beds, so he went over them multiple times just to make sure it all looked perfect for my trip. Honestly, I'm very unsatisfied with my service. I got my gel nail polish soaked off and they hurt my nails forcing/scraping the polish off with the instrument. He was very aggressive and unfriendly. My nails look terrible so thin and fragile!! Also I was overcharged for my procedure! $17 for gel soak off and cuticle trim. Please do not waste your time or money! I had a broken nail that I glued back on until I could get a fill. They didn't replace the broken nail only did a fill over it. Got gel polish and it started peeling off the next day. The polish I chose for my pedicure ended up being thick from usage, but they used it anyway and my bill was $70. I had to go to another shop the next day to fix! read more

This place is perfect if you are homophobic or intolerant to others of a sexual nature other than yours. Unfortunately I witnessed one of the male techs making fun of another male employee who clearly was not of the same sexual orientation. This tech was actually engaging in the ridicule with a customer. I find this behavior extremely abhorrent and will not visit this establishment again. Went with a friend who goes to this salon regularly to get her nails done. We both got pedicures. Salon is OK, was a little small, decent colors of nail polish to choose from. The tech that did my pedicure hardly spoke English. He was sweating PROFUSELY. I went there to relax but instead I felt like I had to watch him the entire time to make sure his sweat didn't drop on my leg or foot. I will be sticking to my normal salon from now on. read more
