The new owner of this shop is someone that I have followed for almost 3 years. I tried the acrylic nails and gel and nothing ever lasted on my nails. I was at the point that I just resolved myself that it wasn't worth wasting the money and then I met Ann. She convinced me to use the gel on my nails and assured me that she knew how to help. I was skeptical because isn't this what you hear at every salon? I was impressed, not only did it look great but it lasted over two weeks. Gel polish would last maybe 1 week from other salons or other techs and then peel off, but not this time. I started going in and asking for Ann or Kyle and I would get great results time after time. I have been seeing them every two weeks for almost 3 years. I have followed them to different salons and now I can settle in because Ann is now the owner. I'm so happy for her and I truly feel like they have become part of my family. I now take my mom with me and have recommended them to everyone I know. I know that Ann now runs her shop with the same quality that she provides to all her customers so I am certain that you will have an excellent experience no matter who helps you. I have never been to salon where the folks truly care about your experience but I can assure you that Ann and her crew will take great care in providing excellent customer care and they are interested in your thoughts. I've been to dozens and dozens of nail salons over the 30 years I've been getting my nails done. Then, because I hadn't found that end all and be all in any one particular salon, I decided to go to the salon at Higley and Baseline near Safeway since my daughters' friend had gone there and I thought her nails were pretty. WOW...was I taken aback!!! I was greeted by a salon full of workers with smiles on their faces that all looked up as I walked through the door. I was immediately asked how I could be helped. What a refreshing and surprising change from what I'd experienced in the past. While Anh, one of the new owners of salon, did my nails she and I carried on a lengthy conversation. (She even offered me a bottle of water). I could go on and on, but the bonus to it all was that she did a beautiful job on my nails. Been coming here almost 3 years now and I won't go anywhere else. Anh is the only one I'll go to!! She always takes care of me and makes sure my nails look PERFECT!!! She takes her time and has amazing conversations with me. She always perfects my nails and makes sure they're perfect and even. Amazing customer service at this salon as well. I was recently in desperate need of help with my nails. I decided to stop by L'Mour because a few of my close girlfriends recommended them. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the nails techs friendly faces. Anh helped me with decide what to do with my nails, she recommended the pink and white full set. She was very detailed and gentle. I was very satisfied by my experience and also the ambiance of the shop. Anh also waxed my eyebrows and my lip. I was extremely satisfied by the waxing (the last person who waxed my brows did not do me any justice). I have been recommending my friends and family to go to L'Mour and I plan on continuing! They just got under new management and it was quite literally the best pedicure I've ever gotten. The pedicure was heavenly (pick the middle organic option....completely worth the extra money) and then the massage chairs were the icing on the cake. The most relaxing thing I've done in a long time. Plus, the beauticians (?) did such a great job and were so sweet to chat with. I was by the area and in desperate need to get my nails done, and didnt want to drive to the salon nail i normally go to which made me a little nervous to try a new nail salon. As soon as i walked in to this nail salon i was greeted, and everyone was very nice! They made me feel so comfortable. I absolutely love this nail salon! I can bring in photos and they will do whatever you ask to perfection! The new owners have updated the place and it's even nicer than before! They take their time and I never feel like I'm not getting the attention I'm paying for even when they are busy. They are also always updating their gel and regular polish colors. This place was cute. There are different pedicures you can get. I love the Organic pedicure, they have two awesome sugar scrubs to choose from, all of which smell great.
