This L'Occitane outlet will not accept L'Occitane store coupons!
    Shirley M. F.

I am a member of L'Occitane. L'Occitane sends me coupons which I have full intentions using. Ironically, I visit this store location, but to my dismay, the sales clerk bluntly informed me that L'Occitane Outlets do not accept L'Occitane store coupons. "Why?" I asked . . . The sales clerk replied, "We are an outlet already selling products below normal price; go to Fashion Show Mall and redeem your coupons there." Ok-so I left and drove to Fashion Show Mall . . . whatever!

I make it a point to stop by here when I am in Vegas. The closest outlet where I live in California is about 45 minutes away. I love the selection of Erborian products they carry. I was able to try a new brand without breaking the bank. I wish I knew what items they carried in stock at all times so I can plan ahead when I shop! Love the deals that they have. Most of the items are generally 20% off the retail price so I stock up when I am here. Always several GWP promotions ongoing in the store so the freebies are appreciated. Both times I have visited, Ridley has always been a working. Great enthusiasm and recommendations. Also very polite answering questions over the phone. Note: this outlet started charging $5 for parking so plan to spend a few hours to get your money's worth.

I love pampering myself with L'occitane products but we all know this stuff isn't cheap! I'm glad that Las Vegas has an outlet that provides a small discount. The plus is a particular male employee. He's always inviting and attentive. He also will tell you the best deals! So when you go in, find him! Recommendation is the almond line. It not only makes your skin soft but smells so good!

A long while ago I used to work for L'Occitane (never at this location or else I would not be reviewing it by principle) and have always loved our product while not in love with some of the prices. Not that its too overpriced but this is not cheap. Its quality for what you get though and a little goes a long way. I wouldn't continue to buy their products without a employee discount now if it wasn't. There is only 2 L'Occitane outlets in the US and luckily one is here! Yes, sometimes there isn't anything and sometimes there is so much good stuff, but that's the nature of outlets and not the stores fault. Just a note, if you get mailers you cannot redeem the gift with purchase and freebies here because it's the outlet. It makes sense to me as they do not carry the full range of stuff, but some people get really shitty about it so fair warning to go to Fashion Show if a full product range and mailer promotions is what you want. I found one of the products I wanted at a steal. I'm a huge fan of Immortelle (anti aging / brightening product line ) and every few years they reformulate or repackage some of the line so the old one comes here. I got the Brightening Shield (spf40/PA +++ protection) for $15 instead of $57 retail. Awesome! In the past I've been able to score other Immortelle stuff, honey water fragrance, olive face products and liquid soap. Service is always nice and not pushy. If you have questions though you should ask as product knowledge is big upon our training way back when so I assume it's still the same even at the outlet. If you see a Japanese girl, Asami, go to her as she is really great at explaining products! (Yelp 100 Challenge 26/100)

It was easy to look over their services on their website, but to ensure my mom and I could do our massages together at the same time, I found calling them was much better. I had booked the 50-minute Prenatal Massage and my mom booked the 50-minute Thai LOAM Massage with a 50% reservation fee. We were required to show up 10 minutes before our appointments to fill out a waiver and survey, change out of our clothes, and get situated on the massage bed. We were originally going to be in separate rooms but they asked if it was okay to put us in the couples' room; not a problem. They set up my bed with the pregnancy wedge for my belly, and it was pretty comfortable. The only complaint I had was that I had a hard time breathing through the little head hole as they layered a lot of white sheets on top of the bed and made the hole smaller and stifling. I found myself having to breathe through my mouth but it was tolerable. For prenatal massages, they only offer light and medium pressure. However, in certain areas I did feel like I got deep pressure especially in my shoulders as I had a few knots and tightness there. Katie/Kathy was my masseuse and she knew exactly how to work out those kinks while still making the experience comfortable for a pregnant person. I still felt like I got deep tissue massage on my shoulders despite the prenatal massage policy of being at maximum medium pressure. My mom said she found her massage relaxing and loved her experience at LOAM. They gave us water cups at checkout and we left feeling pretty relaxed. I did have a bit of shoulder soreness for 2 days afterwards but that is to be expected for getting the incessant knots out of my back--shoutout to Katie/Kathy! Overall, I highly recommend LOAM for their prenatal massages!

Neither of us felt like our therapists were particularly skilled or well-trained, and the massages lacked the technique and attention to detail we were hoping for- especially considering the price point and the wellness-focused atmosphere. The space itself is beautiful and relaxing, but the quality of the actual treatments just didn't match the environment. We left feeling disappointed and wishing we had chosen another spa. Overall, it wasn't our favorite experience, and we probably wouldn't return.

The staff truly have perfected creating a relaxing environment by being thoughtful and intentional with every word and action in their treatment. As a promo, they offer new clients a complimentary voucher for future use(1hr) in the salt room (with future appointments). For the reasonable pricepoint, there is so much care gone into each treatment, you truly feel a sense of relaxation and rejuvenation. I've had massages from budget friendly to luxury, but the comparative pricing + thoughtful experience definately has their competitors beat. I would definately come back the next time I am in Vegas.

It was hard to reach her at first as a new client but once I was able to make contact, we were in constant communication. Even before meeting her, she already sent me some skincare tips regarding facial yoga. Summer truly embodies her name; she is a bright soul who's passionate about her work. I remember my first session when she introduced herself and told me that from now on, I'm going to be like a daughter to her and she kept her word. She spent a lot of time explaining everything she does and the reasons behind her method, tailoring the treatment to suit my skin type and needs. She has a bubbly personality so it's always a fun time when I see her :) As a new client, you will have to make a $50 deposit to secure your appointment and she takes pictures/videos of your skin to use for comparison after each treatment. My first treatment with her was the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme. In truth, I was hesitant on booking the service because of the hefty price tag but she had a free upgrade promotion from the Poor Man Acne Extreme ($300) to the "The Original" Acne" or Pigmentation Extreme ($500) so I decided to go for it. I never had microdermabrasion or microneedling done before so I was nervous about the pain. However, the microdemabrasion didn't hurt at all while the microneedling pain was very tolerable. Note - you do have to pay extra for the needle which I think it was ~$75. Typically when you get a service done, after care is on you to handle. Well Summer goes above and beyond and provided me a post-treatment kit (beauty water, 2.5 pH water, some other samples) with a detailed step-by-step instruction (text & on paper). Yes, you do have to purchase some of the other after care items on your own but they're not expensive. She also provides recommendations and sent me pictures of the products she used that I enjoyed so I can look them up in my spare time. My second treatment was the Two Day Medium/Deep TCA Chemical Peel ($300) which occurred after my honeymoon. I peeled a lot like Summer said I would around my entire face for about 1-1.5 weeks. I noticed a huge difference after this peel. My skin was soft and less textured. All my skincare products applied beautifully on my face like it was a brand new canvas. You receive a complimentary facial if you share progress photos with Summer too! I got another chemical peel ~ a month later but felt like I didn't peel as much and the results weren't as drastic as the first peel. I also got a 25 mins red light LED therapy to help with the redness because my skin was sensitive and often turned red at every treatment. I got my free JLO Experience facial within a week after my 2nd chemical peel which was very nice. The Jessner peel she used helped reduced my inflammation tremendously. That was my last official treatment but Summer provided me her upkeep recommendations. All in all, my time with Summer spanned over 3 months and it was 100% worth it. She did recommend I see a dermatologist to treat my acne issue. If I did that concurrently while seeing Summer, I know my results would have been much more amazing but with my acne aside, I can't recommend Summer enough!

After my spouse left an honest review about the service, I was shocked to receive an email from someone representing Summer & offering me money to take it down. This not only felt unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about the authenticity of their reviews. After leaving a honest review, I was then contacted by a representative offering money in exchange for taking down my feedback. This approach struck me as unethical and manipulative. I believe that reviews should be a space for genuine, unbiased opinions, and I was taken aback by this attempt to influence my perspective. While I can't speak to the quality of the services provided (as my review was based on my experience), I think potential clients should be aware of the way this business handles feedback. I would advise others to be cautious when considering their services It seems likely that the overwhelmingly positive reviews are a result of paying for negative ones to disappear, rather than genuine customer satisfaction. This is misleading to potential clients and undermines the trust people place in online feedback. As can be seen in other replies, Summer then tries to take things out of context with screenshots. Accusing me of falsifying information. You can see the whole email chain below. SUMMER IS FAKE NEWS! If you're considering this aesthetician, be aware that the polished image they present might not reflect the true experience. Businesses should prioritize improving their services over silencing honest feedback'sq

As someone who has never had Botox, filler, Sculptra, or any cosmetic procedure before, I specifically chose to schedule consultations at several practices because I wanted to learn about my options and find a provider I could trust with my face. I want to start by saying the office itself is beautiful, and the front desk staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the consultation experience was disappointing. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 PM. After photos were taken, I spent a significant amount of time waiting. By the time Melanie's assistant came in to speak with me, I had already been there for quite a while. When I explained that I was there for a consultation only and was not planning to have treatment performed that day, I felt a noticeable shift in the interaction. While she remained professional, I left with the impression that consultation-only patients were not a priority. After additional waiting, Melanie came in and provided recommendations, including Sculptra and other treatments. However, the consultation felt very rushed. As a first-time patient who knows very little about cosmetic procedures, I was hoping for more education, discussion, and guidance. Instead, I felt like there was little opportunity to ask questions or fully understand the recommendations being made. Afterward, another staff member quickly reviewed treatment plans, membership options, and pricing. The information was presented so rapidly that it was difficult to follow, and when I attempted to ask questions, I felt as though the conversation was being rushed along rather than welcomed. What disappointed me most was not the treatment recommendations themselves, but the overall experience. I came in looking for expertise, education, and a relationship with a provider I could trust long-term. Instead, after spending roughly 90 minutes in the office, much of it waiting, I left feeling like my consultation was something to get through rather than an opportunity to earn my business. For patients who already know exactly what they want and are ready to proceed with treatment immediately, this practice may be a good fit. For first-time patients looking for a thorough consultation, education, and a more personalized experience, my experience fell short of expectations.
