I reached out to Dmitriy of Priority Appliance Repair, and he referred me to Kassman, where I reached Margo. Margo was clear, communicative (via text and voice), obviously very concerned with providing excellent service, and easily dealt with some unexpected obstacles in scheduling. She estimated that her plumber would arrive between 1 and 3. Harry got to my place around 1:45. Harry was just the kind of person you need in a crisis like this: calm, focused, and very very very good at what he does. Watching him auger the toilet felt like some sort of delicate, precise medical procedure. There is an art to knowing how to auger a toilet, and Harry is a master. 'Did she put the whole chicken down there?,' he asked, jokingly. Twenty-two seconds later, the dark pools had disappeared, and I saw the cleanest white porcelain imaginable. So, he came back 3/26/26 and said there is a freon leak, but he cant test for a leak because the order sent by his company only says to add freon (which he refused to show me the order). He said "He can only do the cheapest repair because he wont get paid and if it isnt working in a few months call the company back". Why not test to see where the leak is and fix the problem? He said to call the company and make a complaint. This guy knows nothing, the company is garbage. Update: just added few minutes agter he left we called our insurance company. The insurance company notified E&A and the repair main claimed he never said that...however, we have the conversation on our home security system.
