The second time wasn't as enjoyable for a few reasons: 1) They were behind schedule, which happens. The real issue was the massage itself felt very rushed. Neither masseuses asked which areas to focus and instead went straight into the massage. 2) I opted for the Swedish Massage while my partner received a Deep Tissue. Swedish Massages are supposed to be more on the relaxing side. That wasn't the case here. The masseuse was applying a lot of pressure + the elbow technique made me feel like I was being kneaded like a piece of dough (in not a great way either). 3) The front lobby has had now a strange odor twice now. First impressions are important. Considering an air purifier as well as a light and pleasant fragrance such as incense, candles, or even an air freshener may help... This is mainly feedback for the management. We are willing to give this place another chance as the facility is in a convenient location.
