Our LG washing machine had a failed drain pump and Fred (our tech, who I believe is the owner of the company) came out at the soonest time we were available and did the repair quickly and carefully. I have an engineering background and it was easy to see how much expertise Fred had in LG washing machines (no doubt, after working for LG for 3 years). And he's a really nice guy. And so respectful/careful about our floors and cabinetry surrounding the machine, and he took the time to generally look over the machine to make sure everything else was ok (including double testing it after the repair was done). From talking with him during the job, it was clear he also had extensive experience in a number of other brands (Samsung, Whirlpool family) and across a range of different appliances. Very prompt service! This company came recommended by another company I hired a year ago who no longer works with dryers. I figured I'd give them a shot. They came out the day after I requested service and their employee, Fred, was very thorough with helping us get our dryer vacuumed out and a part replaced. He event went to Home Depot to get a part for us that I thought he might not be able to fix. He was so helpful that we showed him our oven and he was also able to repair the range the same day! Fedir came out same day, diagnosed the issue properly, and fixed it at a great price. While fixing the problem, he even discovered that previous Frigidaire technicians had left exposed wiring on the fan during their warranty repair. Really appreciate the great and THOROUGH job he did. YOU SHOULD USE THIS COMPANY. Our washing machine broke with clothes and water in it. We called Lex Appliance Repair and Julia immediately answered. It was 4th of July and Fred called back even though he was out with his family for the holiday. He agreed to come the next day and showed up on time with the proper part. He was very respectful of our "no shoe" house and remembered to take the booties off every time he had to go to his car to get something and to put them back on inside! The challenge began with a stripped screw and made the job take hours longer than he anticipated. He never lost his patience or perseverance to solve the problem. The next challenge arose when he discovered a crack in the plastic. Instead of not telling us or taking a short cut, he spent the time he needed to get it done correctly. In addition, he kept his original quote even though it took much longer than expected. We've used a lot of repair folks over the past several decades and I'm impressed with this company. I have never been so pleased with a repair service! Got a next day appointment (they would've come on the same day) for my Fisher Paykel dishwasher repair. We were certain we'd have to replace it, but Fred diagnosed it as extreme calcification, told us what to do (loads of white vinegar overnight, brush it down then a couple of high power washes) and it's like new.
