It's best to go and get what you need and get out. It may help the line move quicker. It's a fun place to visit limited in the newer edition of shoes. You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. The experience there was top…read more I wanted a second pair of boots, but didn't have space in my luggage to pack them, so I went to this Joliet location when I returned to Chicago. They have a large selection of boots like the location in Rochester. I found a pair of square toe shoes, like boots I had decades ago. They came home with me, of course. Service at this location is kind of thin. At the Rochester location, there was someone at the door to greet you when you came in and there were several clerks on the floor. Seems like there were only two at this location and they were at the front of the store off to the side. I didn't see any floor staff until I walked to the cashier to pay. Joliet is a bit of a distance from where I live, so I may order online. With this purchase being consistent with fitting, I am confident that I can order any other boots from their online store and receive them without any problems related to size. Only if I'm in the vicinity of any of the locations in the Greater Chicago Area will I go to a brick-and-mortar store for a purchase. For boots, this will be my store until I get introduced to another boot store.
