I order pizza with sausage, was the worst I had. The tomato sauce was watery had no taste and mozzarella cheese was not authentic. The crust on the pizza was tasteless. To say it is an Italian restaurant is beyond me. This was the first time I visited this establishment and will be the last. As a business owner and traveler, the waiter did not seem friendly and never approached if everything was good. I left a tip above 15% and they did not say thank you. I had to go to the register to pay and ask for my bill. I will stay with authentic Italian restaurants in New York City in Little Italy. If I can give a zero for the food , I would. Stay away from this restaurant.

Every thing was good till I found a bug in the salad!!!!!! Called to report, they did refund it through Uber eats, but the girl said the manager would call me for a gift card and that never happen

We ordered delivery at 1045 it didnt come until 1220. My lunch is only from 12-1 so i was getting nervous not to mention also hungry... I ordered the panini with grilled chicken broccoli rabe and smoked mozzarella i asked for extra fried eggplant on it. Even without the added ehgplant it needed something. Maybe a tapenade or aioli It was good and hot when it arrived but wish it came earlier

I travel a lot and stayed in the same hotel in Roslyn, New York for 2 nights. Tonight I had the steak salad which was fantastic. I remembered to take a picture this time. Last night I had the grilled salmon with pear and beets, and it was so good I ate it before I had time to take the picture. If you are looking for a hearty salad for a meal, this is the place!

this is our $6 order of fries that la bottega isn't responsible for because we ordered through ubereat

I am so tired of the rude staff at this location. I live local and we frequently order from here, and the staff is just unbelievably rude. In the past, I have waited for pick up orders up to a half hour they weren't ready, had food items missing, poor quality sandwiches, and inconsistent quality of food. Tonight, we experienced another round of horrific we don't care customer service. We ordered delivery through ubereats and when I unpacked the order the side of fries ($6) was a quarter of the way full, cold and literally just burnt small pieces in the box. I called and the rude women just gave me attitude first saying that there was no record of our order, but showed that we ordered yesterday (which we did not) she then went on to tell me that there is nothing that she can do because we ordered through ubereats. Does ubereats make the order? because last time I checked, they are a delivery service. There was no apology, but she did say that Giuseppe would call me back to see if there's anything he can do. How hard is it to refund fries? Also, this happened 45 minutes ago, no phone call and I don't expect there to be. Our sandwiches tonight were also disappointing, felt like left over scraps, My potenza sandwich and the pietro each had just one piece of the eggplant and chicken on it. It's a roll of the dice if you're going to have a good meal BUT you can 100% expect rude, horrible attitude from staff every time if you have a poor situation that you want to fix (this women has done this many times before) Learn how to speak to people, especially costumers. I think we are done here for good. *update: Giuseppe did call and he was very nice, and gave us 3 orders of free fries in the future. He did the right thing but still turned off by the other staff. Thanks Giuseppe!

Ordered through their Ubereats platform where it clearly advertised a free hat if your order reaches $50 minimum. Ordered additional items and addons just to reach the minimum to find out that they did not include the hat in the order when delivered. Called the restaurant and they said they have been out of stock for a while and "sorry" with an attitude. I asked if there was anything else that could be done and she just said "nope", no form of apology or anything. The lack of professionalism here is disappointing.

The waiter was very helpful in giving us options to modify. We were served promptly, food was great. A server was going around giving everyone a piece of bread at a time. Rather than put a little basket with four pieces per table, probably would save time any effort. I would absolutely go back, it was a good date spot.

Ultimately, our experience ended up right in the middle--some hits, but a few noticeable misses that kept it from being a stellar meal. The Highlights: The Coffee: Easily the absolute star of the morning! Rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection--it was easily the best part of the entire visit. The Atmosphere & Service: The overall setting is lovely, and the staff kept things polite and attentive throughout our meal. Where It Fell Short: The Drinks & Food: We ordered virgin mojitos, but the orange juice base tasted surprisingly flat and off, almost like it had been sitting out too long. The Omelette: I ordered a classic omelette, and while the presentation was decent, the execution was just plain bland. It felt like it was lacking key seasoning or fresh herbs to give it life, making the whole dish feel pretty uninspired. All in all, it felt a bit sub-par compared to the usual Roslyn dining standards. That said, brunch can be hit-or-miss depending on the day, and I'd still be open to coming back to give their dinner menu or other options another chance.

We would not have come back except we had plans with friends who wanted to meet here. So glad we did! My main complaint before was the acoustics. The renovation with added decor to dampen noise did the trick. I didn't even notice that the restaurant was full. We ordered different dishes and ate it family style so got to try a few different dishes. I didn't order so don't know the specific names but we shared a salad, a spicy calamari, egg yolk ravioli, black linguini with seafood, catfish, and a veal parm. I especially enjoyed the ravioli. Flavors were nice on all the dishes. I don't know if it was the company but I didn't notice a lapse in service. The servers were attentive. The parking was still ample. I'm glad we came back and a little regretful that we waited so long.

The ambiance was warm and inviting, and every single person from the host to the bartender to our server and everyone in between played a part in making the night feel special. The attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine kindness did not go unnoticed, and it set the tone for the entire evening. We were first greeted with warm bread and olive oil, which was absolutely delightful and the perfect start. Our server, Paulino (I hope I'm spelling his name right), guided us through the menu with such care and knowledge, which made the experience even better. We started with the mussels Bianco and baked clams both were outstanding, easily a 9/10. Fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. For our entrées, we had the branzino and a pasta dish that was nothing short of amazing. The attention to detail like freshly cracked pepper added right at the table made everything feel elevated and thoughtfully done. To end the night, I mentioned that my mom had just passed her real estate exam and that we were celebrating her. They went above and beyond by bringing out an apple crostini with a candle, which was such a thoughtful and memorable touch. And yes, we devoured the entire thing. It was that good. Truly a 10000/10 moment. What made this experience even more meaningful is that it came after a long, stressful day at the ER. Walking into such warmth, care, and genuine hospitality meant more than I can put into words. Thank you again for the incredible service, attentiveness, and overall experience. I truly wish I could remember everyone's names because each person we encountered was a pleasure. Please let them know my mom and I are so grateful. We dined on April 3rd around 9 PM, and it's a night we won't forget.

They have a great selection of bread, baked goods, tortes (some gluten free), and seasonally decorated packaged treats - iced heart-shaped sugar cookies, and even football-shaped foil-wrapped chocolates for Super Bowl. Between the treats, jarred jams, and quality kitchen linens-- I could definitely see stopping by here to get something to bring to a party, for a host/house-warming gift, and/or a care package! I opted for the blueberry biscuit because it was something I haven't seen before, and no regrets! It was soft and buttery without being overly sweet. I also got a cold brew with almond milk and (as a bit of a coffee snob) I found it was a little bitter but still good. Free wifi is available and two single-person unisex restrooms are available in the store. A gentle forewarning for the anxious... the yelp description of "inside a charming sneaker store" is a bit of an understatement... It is inside a very high end store, a bit of a maze, laden with security personnel (located in a strip mall of many other high end designer stores)... I thought my GPS took me to the wrong location at first. The pin on the map makes it seem like it's on the side closer to the highway, but you'll want to go around to the back, to the lot on the other side of the strip (further from the highway) for direct access to the coffee shop entrance. Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the warm sun and glimmer of a rainbow shining through the giant window

For other pastries, they had cookies, pies and breads.
