I started with the best beet salad I've ever had. It was on a bed of pureed cashews, which added the perfect solidity to the beets and other vegetables. My main was salmon, and there was nothing wrong with this dish, but I could have gotten something like it anywhere. But it was the dessert that was absolutely amazing. That's a vanilla crème on an almond cookie and then infused with this Quebecois fruit called a melitot (I think). Like a subtle blueberry raspberry hybrid. The bar area can be crowded, but it's manageable... and the bartenders are fantastic! As for food, I HIGHLY recommend the wings! I asked for sauce on the side during my last visit, but they are good either way. Other highlights include the ribs (a must) and the sausage platter! Everything is tasty, and portions of plentiful.
