Expensive pizza for what it is. Poor service - waitress strangely mentioned to my husband that someone didn't tip her and that we should tip her. The female waitress was unprofessional and had a crap face the whole time. I had to seat myself, since she appeared overwhelmed by the 5 ppl inside eating. I requested water which she brought a pitcher and two cups and never filled the water for us. I placed my pizza order and requested the pizza in a to go box to save time in case we didn't finish the pie. I then requested a bigger table cause my additional family members decided to come. A table cleared and she said it would be a moment. She then proceeded to tell me she put the order in as a to go order and wanted to ensure we gave her a tip since the last table never did. It was one of the oddest experiences I've had with a waitress. It was very bizarre. That set the mood for this place. I was very unimpressed by the pizza. It was so so. Arrived in Tramblant late and Ya'oooo is the only restaurant open after 10pm. Sure glad it happened this way. Staff is super friendly, lots of smiles. I had the best Hawaiian pizza and IPA. Pretty good value for money on the mountain. A large pizza is $20-25. We ordered take out to bring back to our hotel room. It was hot and tasty. The crust is on the thin side but it was soft and fluffy. It seemed locally made. The toppings were good. We have paid more for a smaller pizza that seemed to have a store bought, reheated crust at one of the other more fancy restaurants on the main. This a place to AVOID specially If YOU ARE ASIAN; the hostesses are RUDE and the tables are DIRTY and worst of all they have an attitude problem and to not spare any words are OUTRIGHT RACIST. They refused to give us a table when it was available and looking at put skin color told us that "you must pike pizza's with lot of chill flakes" (we are US citizens but of Indian origin and proud of it). When we pointed out that they have a table and are refusing to sit us there the manager started screaming and shouting and asked us to leave the place and threatened to call the cops in very rude, racist tone. I am shocked that at this day and age these attitudes exist and are able to thrive. read more

Ok. Called in to order for pick up and ordered three "XL" pizzas and a "LG" Cesar salad. Let me preface that the pizzas come in Small or X-Large ... and the XL ONLY HAS SIX SLICES.... so I mean let's be real it could be just called Regular n Large but I digress, that isn't important. We have 2 members of our party with a high sensitivity to onions and when I ordered I specified NO ONIONS on the 2/3 pizzas that originally came with them. The man on the phone took my order but because he seemed not to totally care I asked him to repeat it back to me before hanging up (just to be sure). He sighed and repeated it back, missing the "no onion" note on 1 of the 3 to which I responded "oh, no onions, please" and he said yes oh right of course. Pizzas were ready in 20-30 min for pick up, like they had said, but when we went in the man was very passive almost ignored us and just handed us our pizzas (not even so much as a goodbye). Worst was though, when we brought it back it was as if I had asked for EXTRA onions. There were so many onions on the pizzas that even the members of our party without the sensitivity had to pick some out. It was so so frustrating and made for a terrible dinner for at least a third of us. Not only that but the large salad was quite small, definitely not shareable for more than 2 people. The crust was doughy (which I enjoyed) not crispy. And the toppings were ok (minus the clearly pre-cooked-and-frozen chicken - yuck - and the pepperoni under the cheese so it didn't get crisp at all - also yuck) Just wished the customer service was better and more attentive to what the customer wants. The reason for 2 instead of 1 is that I did like the taste of the salad and the crust but all else really is more 1 out of 5 material to me. read more

We came here the first night we arrived in town. The pros are that it's a relatively cheap meal compared to some of the other eateries in the village. The pros stop there. The small restaurant was mostly full when we arrived around 8:30pm with people looking like they were finishing up their meals, but we found a table that had just cleared out and were told we could take a seat. The staff acknowledged us, but neglected to come over to us for over 10 minutes while they continued to tend to the other patrons -- we almost left. When someone finally came by we immediately ordered everything including one of the combos that came with a pitcher of beer and a pizza, and 2nd pizza as well since they aren't that big. Needless to say, they brought our beverages and food, but we didn't see anyone again until we finally flagged someone down to pay the bill. Maybe it's because we are Americans, maybe it's because it was an off night, who knows, but we weren't feeling the love. The pizza was decent, better than some of the other reviews let on, but we were told there is another pizza place that is better so you may want to look into that. read more

Myself and 6 friends showed up a little late after all the restaurants in Mont Tremblant were closed. Everyone in the village turned us down, but at Ya'oooo, Remy stayed open longer even though he was almost ready to go home. He made us 4 delicious pizzas and served us drinks. Pizza is by far my favorite drunk food. There's something about the combination of grease and bread that always calls to my drunken alter ego. Being right across the street to one of the chilliest bars in Tremblant means I absolutely had to visit this spot. The dude that was running it while I was there (Sean) was awesome! He hooked us up with some decent pizza and shots. Now, as far as the actual pizza is concerned, it's about equal to Pizza Hut. There isn't anything that's a must have. Ya'oooo pizza is a pretty good restaurant, but everyone seems to say that it's a better takeout restaurant rather than dine in. We decided to dine in, as we sat down in the booths, my younger sister had trouble climbing the high chairs and almost hit her head on the table's corner. The only actual seats were right by the door, but with all of the strong wind and -20 degree weather you're pretty much suck sitting either on the bar or on one of the highchair seats. He service was OK as we ordered waffle fries and the salad was surprisingly delicious. The waffle fries were done in a snap also. The pizza was too doughy, but it was fresh and good dough. We didn't try the gluten free pizza, because we were skeptical on wether it would be frozen dough or fresh. The Hawaiian pizza was delicious, and if you order a small it comes in a prefect portion size for one. Three stars read more

Worst service. Sat down at the bar, which unfortunately overlooked the kitchen area, and waited 10-15 minutes before the cook/waiter/bartender acknowledged us. He ran to another location during the time that we were left waiting and returned with a bottle of alcohol which was to serve the group of underaged children sitting in the corner. After that, he proceeded to the kitchen to make pizzas and take our order, all without having washed his hands from his errand. We ordered a slice and salad. Before he started our order, he took money for a transaction and again did not wash his hands. He then returned to the kitchen to reach into a container of lettuce and make our salad, all with his unwashed hands. Upon receiving our meal, we ate a bit of the slice and did not touch the salad. Got really bad service and attitude from "Marise" and that is when she wasn't on her phone texting at the bar; it's like she is doing you the favour by allowing you to eat at the restaurant. She even criticized a colleague of hers "Ludwig" for not properly setting up the tables. With so many restaurants at the mountain including another pizza joint makes me not want to go back to this place... I would not recommend this restaurant primarily because of the poor service and the pizza isn't good enough to offset it. read more

Extremely poor service. Restaurant prioritizes take-out orders instead of customers in restaurant itself. Waited for approximately a hour for our order. Finally arrived, but with a long hair sticking out of club sandwich. They also forgot to make one of our pizzas, therefore another long wait after that too. I must admit though that the manager of the restaurant completely comped our bill, which was appreciated. Noticed other customers in the restaurant that either complained or walked out completely. Ya'oooo Pizza is tucked away in a corner of the mountain village at Tremblant. Out of all the places to eat at Tremblant, and trust me I've hit up most of 'em, this is the best value for your money. The pizza is far from spectacular but it is definitely decent. The crust is crispy and the toppings are imaginative. The house red is priced right and made for chugging. The service is quick and attentive. But wait, there's more. Rather than the ubiquitous sports channel coverage of every TV in this village, Ya'oooo actually shows snowboarding and skiing movies. It's great! What a novel concept! It's even open late so when you're stumbling around the village drunk after midnight, you'll be sure to find a nice, warm pizza to soak up the booze.
