This place is a hidden gem! Everything is super flavorful, you can tell they cook their food with love. Their hot sauce is so good I put it on everything !! My fav dish is the shrimp apanado with white rice and sweet plantains. They are always attentive. I highly recommend visiting this spot.

This place is amazing! Tucked away in a corner, it's not that noticeable by the street. But the food is really good at a really good price! We got the $11 lunch special which included a huge bowl of soup, rice, beans, a choice of a green salad or a cucumber salad, and a choice of meat: pork, chicken, beef or fish. There was no wait time for our food because it was already prepared in warm food trays, they just served us the food on plates. When you sit down there's this really spicy sauce with onions that's really intense. I got the beef soup with yuca, stewed chicken, white rice, cucumber salad and beans. My friend got the cheese soup with yellow rice, beans, cucumber salad & pork. We were both stuffed when we finished eating. I was able to take half of my food to go. There wasn't much people eating there at 2pm, and the place was small, but it was inviting. There was a TV playing in the background. When it got time to pay, I showed her a voucher I got on Yelp for $16 for the price of $12. She said it was an old voucher, and she looked kind of confused. But she honored the voucher anyways.

Good find on the way in our trip to upstate NY! We didn't order anything off the proper menu but rather from whatever selections they have for the combo meal. Generous portion, for $8 you got arroz (can be mixed between yellow and white rice), salad & bean, and meat (including chicken stew, roasted chicken, pulled pork, that we ordered, but breaded tilapia is also the same price). Delicious food with nothing to complain about. Lots of parking in their own lot. Seating is available indoor and outdoor among simple, no-frills decor and atmosphere. Food was served quickly by friendly staff. We ordered "to go" and ate by the umbrellas outside where there's no crowd at all (for a Saturday lunch).

This was an outstanding restaurant - I'm blown away. It's a small restaurant with many customers going in and out to pick up their food, but there are some dine-ins like my family. The waitress was so sweet and friendly, and though she didn't speak a lot of English, she still made us feel very welcome. The food was AMAZING! We had never had Ecuadorian food before, and will definitely be coming back. The portions are HUGE, and the prices are sooo cheap especially given how much meat and seafood was on our plates! We got: 1. Pollo Cabaña: It was a little salty but soooo flavorful and it came with so much rice!! The chicken was really tender, and the plantain was grilled perfectly. Yum!! 2. Camarones Al Ajillo (Garlic Shrimp) w Tostones (Green Plantains): The tostones we're delicious!!! Especially with the sauce, which was amazing and so garlicky and flavorful. Both the shrimp and the rice pair well with the sauce, which is so intense and packs a flavor punch! 3. Sopa de Mariscos (Seafood Soup): I was so impressed by how much seafood was in the soup-it came with generous portions of crab, mussels and shrimp, and the rice noodles in the soup were tender and delicious. I can't even describe the flavor of the soup, but it's creamy and not too fishy and tasty. 4. Mar y Tierra (Grilled Meats): This came with SO much meat-beef, chicken, fish, and shrimp! The beans that came on the side were flavorful and delicious with the rice, and the meat-especially the chicken-was perfectly grilled and juicy. 5. Carne Apanada: This was breaded beef, and it was thinly pounded and so crispy and yummy!! Even the white rice that came with several of the dishes was flavorful-it had coconut milk in it, I think. They put so much effort into all the dishes and little details. I am so impressed!! You should pay with cash to avoid the 4% card fee, and the parking lot is very tight, so prepare for that! But if you want an authentic, delicious meal, this is your place!! 10000/10 stars!

We all choose an entree from the very reasonably priced, Lobster Fest menu. Many entrees included either a choice of 3 different salads (Asian, Beet, or Garden) or the Soup of the Day (Creamy Tomato with Tortellini) - each were Yummy, and a choice of 3 desserts (Lemon Cake, Rum Cake or Ice Cream) - Not Bad! (Psst! We asked for Cake WITH Ice Cream and were happily granted our wish!) Our main selections for entrees were Lobster & Shrimp Newburg, and Baby Lobster Tails & Scallops Fra Diavolo over Papadella Pasta. Those who had the Newburg were very happy and those of us who had the Fra Diavolo were a little disappointed. The sauce and pasta were very good but the "mini lobster tails" were tough and tasteless and the scallops few and very miniscule. (The seafood was unlike any were had ever had and made us wonder, Are these REALLY lobster tails? and scallops?). Overall, service was very friendly, pleasant, and aimed to please, but was extremely slow. We suspect, the kitchen was to blame. We delighted in having our own private room where we were able to converse without the need for shouting or needing to say, I'm sorry - what did you say? Such a pleasure these days! We'll likely be back but won't run back. Hope to see perhaps an Octoberfest Menu in the Fall.

The space itself is spectacular, and the views are absolutely magnificent; definitely a beautiful way to start the evening. We were seated immediately, which was appreciated. Unfortunately, the service felt a little off throughout the night. The servers did their job, but they weren't particularly attentive or especially friendly, which took away from the overall experience. We both ordered the three-course meal from the Cherry Blossom Spring Menu. My wife had a non-alcoholic drink that she loved, while I ordered the Blueskin's Bounce, a rye cocktail with cherry liqueur. My drink was just okay. For her meal, she ordered the local burrata, the Chilean sea bass, and the black sesame cheesecake. She really enjoyed the sea bass, but the cheesecake was disappointing. I had the tuna crudo, the cherry-glazed duck breast, and the cherry blossom panna cotta. Unfortunately, the duck was extremely tough, almost impossible to cut or chew, and the panna cotta was bland and forgettable. Overall, despite the stunning atmosphere and views, the food and service did not live up to expectations, especially for a birthday dinner. Sadly, I wouldn't return.
