I found them on here after looking for food near a salon I'm at. I stopped by and there were 2 other ladies ordering which took 15mins for them to place to go orders! When it became my turn, I wasn't greeted when I walked in, her response was "you ready to order? " ummm yes dip sh*t I've only been standing here for 20 mins. Smh I ordered 3 quesabirria tacos, with no cheese and a steak taco. They came out very quickly and I decided to sit there and eat my food. I deducted a star because the cashier had a nice/nasty tone that I didnt like and the 2 men in there were just looking. Weird ass vibes in there for sure, but the food: SLAPPED!! My quesabirria tacos were the BOMB! The steak was seasoned well on the steak taco. Everything was fresh and piping hot. So the 4 stars are for thr food and the place being clean. Customer service was a 2. I would return, but I wouldn't dine in. Definitely a to go spot. read more

The tacos were downright delicious, the steak was very tender with a nice amount of gooey chihuahua cheese, cilantro and onions. It is a very small restaurant with only 3 tables if you do want to dine in but it's more suited for takeout. read more

We got in late on a taco Tuesday and decided to try this place out for delivery. The food arrived quickly, hot and fresh, that's a big deal when ordering close to closing time. The shrimp quesabirria was sooo good and the best thing we ordered, I regret only getting 1. A la carte enchiladas were just ok, burrito dinner was lackluster, missing the sour cream and guacamole. Fantastic local taco spot. The quesobirria pizza is to die for! My one and only complaint is that it is a rather small place with limited parking and seating available. Otherwise, it's a great place to grab some tacos! Highly recommend! read more

The birria taco dinner was a 5/10. The refried beans had 0 flavor nor did they add cheese to it. The birria taco looked like they attempted to make it crispy on the edges but it gave soft shell taco. This place is tiny with only 3 tables to sit, so take out is a good option. We decided to dine in. The waitress came to us immediately and was so friendly! The complimentary chips and salsa were fresh, and the chips were still warm. We ordered Quesatacos, which is basically birria tacos with your choice of meat; we chose steak. The meat was so well seasoned and had the perfect char. The consomme was equally flavorful and more rich than I've experienced in other places. Someone came in and ordered Mexican chocolate milk. It was served in a bag and I was curious about it, so our waitress let us try it for free. It was really good even though I'm not a milk drinker. I guess when you come from the city (South side) you're used to good tasting food. It's when you move out that you realize it's not just good tasting, it's the best authentic Mexican food out there. Living here for over 5 years we're still in the search for a good tasting Mexican local restaurant... I had hopes for this restaurant, crushed when aside from the total being a little over $40 the rice was by far the worse tasting rice didn't bother trying the beans. Really delicious food and arguably some of the best Mexican in the area, however they are pricey! There are so many Mexican restaurants in the south burbs that have good food and are less expensive. I will say that the taste and quality of their food is a step above a lot of the surrounding places, but they are really expensive for basically a carry-out only restaurant. read more

It's a really tiny restaurant with only 3 tables inside and an outdoor picnic type bench for dine'in customers. We dined in, but it was obvious that the majority of their business is carry-out. There's no way the portion sizes are this small for a $20 plate. Usually Mexican restaurant are really good with the portions, but this is not it at all. Small piece of meat, 3 tortillas, refried beans from a can and not homemade. What else is there to this spot? Never ordering here again. Twice when we ordered from there we had problem. First time I ordered a birch eta and had about 1/3 of a cup of cinnamon in the bottom of the glass. I'm originally from Little Village in Chicago, you cant get more authentic than that. Ive missed the area so much because I have yet to find the taste I crave of a REAL mexican taco,,,,until now. I drove by as a passanger and saw the sign of La Cabana & told my husband we should try it one day, he said Im tired of spening my money around here on tacos. Yesterday, we had a couple of loose dollars cause we never carry cash and I dnt feel like eating cold-cuts agian at home so we decided to stop & try their tacos. Much to our surprise,,,,,they were GREAT! The original taste of a real mexican taco, the cilantro & onions were minced just perfectly and the lettuce & tomatoes were diced just right to give you the perfect balance to the meat. My husband after carefullly squeezing on the lime juice, a dash of salt and salsa on it and after his first bite,,,he said,,,finally!!! Who would have thought this little rinky dink place would have real mexican tacos. See they dont have to pay for a big place or big lite-up signs and drive-thru. Just have the best little tacos and stay authentic and people will find you and with this food defintaly come back for more, were getting this for dinner tomoorw :) Since we really didnt planon eating out that night, we only brought a few tacos but wished we had brought more, the only thing I would change is to add just a little more meat, I understand how everyone is cutting back due to COVID19, but for $3.50 a taco, a little more meat would be the total bomb for sure.
