Unfortunately, the afternoon service was virtually nonexistent. We sat at our table for 30-45 minutes without anyone checking on us for drinks, food, or even acknowledging that we were there. Several servers looked directly at our table and continued walking past without stopping. We even placed a napkin holder at the edge of the table to signal that we needed assistance, but it went unnoticed. In the end, it took my 7-year-old child walking up to a staff member before we were finally able to place our order. The lack of attention and basic customer service was very disappointing and significantly impacted our dining experience. I hope management addresses these issues to ensure future guests receive the level of service they expect. read more

We came here after a couple of tries to visit and failing due to the parking lot being full. But we were able to find it emptier than usual on a weekend morning. They give complimentary chips and salsa (and some beans/meat dip I think) with your order. I ordered a medium fresh orange juice, the Huevos Divorciados and my partner got the steak and chicken plate. I can't get over how much fat they put in their refried beans. Instead of tasting the beans, I mainly taste the fat, which I am not fond of. The eggs and salsa though were really good and made well. My partner said his steak was pretty standard but that his chicken tasted like canned chicken. The service is pretty good though we did have to flag them down to order and to get a box. After you finish you walk up to the register and pay in the front. There are two large rooms filled with tables and you can sit on either side. We went on a non-busy day and so we got a table really quick. Chips and salsa are free and the salsa is soooo good. We went through two baskets of chips. I also got a agua fresca and it was a big size. They typically run small but the size here was big. I got the tuna molcajete and it was good. Everything tasted fresh. I got a lot of food too. It came with saltine crackers and tostadas. My husband got the mix of meats and also got a lot of food. He also got quesadillas, a side of rice, beans and guacamole, plus tortillas. We definitely had lunch for the next day. I also ordered the Aguachile mixto to go on another occasion. It was good but they left a lot of the veins of the shrimp. This place is so amazing! From the food to the portion size and even pricing. My family and I discovered this place maybe 2 years ago and we have been back i don't know how many times. The service is great! All the waiters and waitress' are so kind and willing to assist in ordering wether you speak English or Spanish, no issue! They check in constantly to see if you're doing okay and fill up water which is awesome! They're so welcoming and it really feels like your over a relatives house for dinner. It's a spot that hits close to home! The food is so delicious, I've tried so many things in the menu and they're all hits! From their mariscos, flautas, burritos anything! They're all delicious and made with love. Their molcajetes are to die for and are perfect size for sharing! They also bring out chips salsa and their signature bean dip that I think contains pork fat- im not sure what it is but it's addicting. So good you'll be asking for more! So she took it back and said I was rude. And caused a loss of money on the wrong order Then said I was rude because I told her to fix my order. She put the wrong cheese on my nachos. Completely understand cost of food has gone up, but don't skimp on the amount of food. Either keep price the same and less food or raise the prices and give the same amount of food! My go to are fajitas. Over a year ago on my first to go order could feed 2 people. Now barely one. This last time the rice and beans were like 3 forkful/bites of each. And for sure less meat! So it's Mexican Independence Day and I wanted a really good michelada...and I got a REALLY GOOD MICHELADA! A friend told us about this place and we are so grateful. This is one of the best micheladas I ever had. We also got the Nachos Del Mar with ceviche and shrimp on top of a spread of refried beans. Also a great selection of hot sauces at the table. We had a work event and needed 70 individual packages for lunch and had the hardest time searching for restaurants to prepare individual packages and DELIVER! Went to La Casita II (on Blossom Way) and they were excited to take my large order and one of the worker's volunteered to deliver our order! They typically arrange Uber Eats but that would have required several drivers. So, when they noticed the complication, the nice gentlemen offered to deliver himself. EVERYONE loved their huge fat burritos and the fillings inside were great! So much meat and the perfect fixings, everyone was happy! For reference, we had 70 super burritos, 70 chips and salsa and 70 churros. We work in biotech and prefer to have individual packing for safe handling when serving a "buffet" table. I found it strange they served our food on stoneware china, yet we were served plastic forks and knives to eat with. Parking lot is very small.
