Wow! We were extremely impressed with the food, service, and atmosphere on this Monday evening…read more I'm not a huge Mexican food fanatic, but my wife and son certainly are, so we chose this restaurant to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday; especially since a margarita was high on her list of birthday wishes! The menu offers a tremendous variety of choices. I decided on the steak tacos, and they were outstanding and packed with flavor and just the right amount of kick. Our waiter (who may have been the manager, Enrique, if I heard correctly) was soft-spoken, friendly, and attentive throughout the entire meal. We never had to wait for anything. He even took care of our to-go boxes and accommodated a last-minute addition to our order without hesitation; thank you for that. Great service like that makes a lasting impression. Also the food came out surprisingly quick; under 10 minutes for sure. Before visiting, all I really knew was that the restaurant had a strong reputation and colorful, authentic décor. I left with a full stomach, a new appreciation for their food, and a clear understanding of why so many people enjoy dining here. We'll definitely be back!

I said we wanted to sit down and look and they wanted to do takeout for us as evidence by our receipt saying takeout. Once we clarified no it was for dine or we were ok. Ordered mini chimichangas, and birria nachos with lemonade. Food came out SUPER fast and very tasty!! Loved the music and decor as well very fun, colorful and interesting. They also gave us some nachos and salsa. Very flavorful birria nachos and the salsa was light and refreshing

The restaurant serves an Americanized Tex-Mex menu of tacos, burritos, fajitas, enchiladas and quesadillas. The restaurant itself maintains some of the interior features of the former Applebee's that it inhabits, as the main dining space surrounds a sunken bar area with a large rectangular bar. My wife, mother-in-law and I recently dined in while running errands in the area. We went in around 1PM on a Saturday and were sat right away. We liked the way it's been remodeled, it's very nice inside. Our server came over pretty much right away, got us our drinks and chips and salsa. Complimentary chips and salsa were both good. One thing we liked about them was that the menu has different offerings - most Mexican restaurants seems to have the exact same menu, but Adelita's had a couple offerings that I hadn't seen at other restaurants. My wife chose the Adelita's platter as her meal, my MIL went with fajitas and I went with the Pastor Burrito - stuffed with slow cooked pork and pineapple. Our food was brought quickly and was mostly okay - one thing I liked is they offer black beans as a bean option, as I'm not a fan of refried, but their rice had absolutely no flavor - just as bland as could be. The biggest issue I had while there was I went to use the bathroom while I was there. After doing my business, I went to flush with my foot - and as the toilet flushed down, water sprayed everywhere out of the pipe that goes up to the handle. I told an employee about it as I came out, who told me they knew about it and kinda just shrugged it off - but no sign or anything was up to warn anyone about the free shower. Overall, between that and the okay food, we just felt there were better options for Mexican available in the area.

I arrived at 5pm on a Friday evening. After examining the menu it was only a very short wait to order at the counter. I ordered a chicken quesadilla and Mexican platter to go as well as the strawberry berry twist soft serve margarita that is served with a little ducky and a shovel on top! Love it! It seemed more like I was having a soft serve ice cream than a margarita, very sweet but good nonetheless. They do also offer Margarita soft serve flights as well! Fun Mexican themed ambiance, seems like a majority of to go business as it is not a sit down restaurant situation. Food and margarita were ready in a short wait time. Total was $49. I would recommend adding more toppings to the quesadilla for the $15.50 price. The Mexican platter I took to go and after a nearly 40 minute drive was leaking and somewhat liquified. It was still tasty enough. I basically just mixed it all together. I was happy to have made the trip and look forward to trying other flavors of Margaritas and menu items! I'll look for their food truck at events!

Server was lovely and took our order promptly. Ordered chips and salsa. And a side of guacamole. I was SHOCKED when the bill came we had to pay for chips and salsa! Whaaat?? Ordered a soda and a tea. Also shocked when we got the check drinks were a whopping $4! We each got a lunch special. Mine was Birria quesadilla. It was okay but not fabulous. Just good enough. The salsa was AMAZING and very fresh. However when was all said and done, our lunch cost us $65!!! $65 for chips, salsa, guacamole and two lunch specials. Nope won't be going back at that price. A $15 quesadilla is crazy. Nice folks though. Servers were friendly but the pricing it too high.
