An unexpected situation happened over the long weekend where my bumper was hit and after looking for a reliable body shop that can take care of the job the way I would like it to be taken care of, I came across LA Collision Center. When I contacted them, Leo the owner told me to come in the morning and drop off the car before I had to be at work for a free estimate. I went in and after knowing this is the shop my car needs to be for this unforeseen incident, he called an Uber for me to get to work on time while my rental car was in the process of being finalized. Leo himself organized the rental and had it delivered to my work and when he says upgrade to an Audi/BMW/Mercedes Benz on his Instagram page he means it! I was given a 2020 GLC 300 while waiting for my truck to come out of the shop. His work speaks for itself, his customer service is above and beyond and his communication skills were just amazing! LA Collision worked on my Mercedes to repair some minor body damage caused by another driver. I chose this shop because they were recommended to me by the Mercedes dealership- with so many body shops and varying degrees of quality, I wanted to be sure the people working on my car were vetted by Mercedes. Long story short we ended up at LA Collision center both times and Jack + the whole staff were so helpful and made the frustrating parts more smoothe than normal. But as I got there the place looked even better in person I actually had a place to park my car which a lot of the surrounding body shops do not.
