No greeting, no smile, no thank you just a cold, transactional interaction that felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. What always set JuiceLand apart for me was the positive energy and welcoming atmosphere. This visit didn't feel like the JuiceLand I've supported for years. Also, we were the only people in the store, with two workers there. They didn't start our bowls for a good minute.
