I got here when there was only 1 person in the store. He took a while so I waited patiently since there was only 1 employee. Never got greeted but I didn't think much of it. A group of 6 ppl got here after me and she greets them and lets them know she will be with them shortly. Well my turn comes up and skips me. I let her know I was here before them and she didn't seem happy about it. I order and she's annoyed the my order will take 10-15 min and if I knew what I even ordered. Randomly discovered this new gem while driving by. The minute I saw that they had not only mangonadas but also carried the infamous chamoy apples that usually is only available in Mexico, I knew that this was going to be one of the top places I frequented. This place is clean, service is impeccable and they don't skimp on anything. The mangonadas are made with real mangos and not diluted like some places. Best aguas naturales ive ever had!!! We wandered into this place while waiting on a Wing Stop order (which is right next door) and thank god we did. Tostilocos were awesome, everything was super fresh. Corn was good, cheetos were good, but the aguas naturales were THE BEST. Usually when you go to places like these, you can tell when they make their aguas with flavored powders but this place obviously makes them fresh. We got samples of the cucumber with lime, strawberry, coconut, and orange and it was so hard to choose. They tasted like fresh cold fruit. Amazing. We went with coconut and we literally came back 3 hours later for another agua de coco. Thats how good they are. Got the banana split which was phenomenal! We got brownie ice cream which was my husbands favorite, Ron con pasas which is Ku personal favorite I really liked the raisins to ice cream ratio and the Nuez flavor which was the star of the show. Not only is the torta combo my favorite but I also love their friendly service. They are really clean and sanitary. They always have fresh fruit every time I go. The only thing I can possibly say that may need improvement would be the time it takes to make a gordita, but when I first ordered one I saw them make it by hand and understood why it takes time to make it. Since we have discovered this place a little over a month ago, I think we have become regular customers. :D The ice cream and paletas remind me of when I used to live in Los Angeles. The ladies that work there are super friendly and willing to introduce the different flavors of ice creams and other antojos they have there. We have tried the mamay, the banana split, the pistacio, banana with almonds, rompope, and the chocolate abuelita. I don't think I have made a bad choice yet and neither has my husband. I like that the sweetness comes from the fruit not from additional sugar added to it. Funny enough, he says that the ice cream consistency and flavoring reminds him the Italian gelato he used to eat in Germany as a kid. There was another dessert we had with fruit and condensed milk on the bottom and it was topped with strawberries and the ice cream of our choice. WOW! We have also had the tortas here. They were yummy too! The aguas frescas were great because in other places they tend to be too much on the sugary side for me, but not here. Very disappointed with this place, we've been there a few times and is always the same, very rude costumer service, you have to wait like 10 minutes before anyone can notice that you are waiting, nothing looks fresh here. The last time we were there my husband ordered some tostilocos and they were horrible, they put peanuts in them and were soggy and stale and the cucumber and Jicama looked and tasted like they were from the day before, just horrible.
