On the day of the appointment, the technician, Paul, was gracious, kind, and actually arrived before I did. He even told me to take my time getting there. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to show me the old battery, explaining the signs that indicated how old it was and why it had been causing problems. He also discussed options for getting an extra key fob in the future and provided me with pricing information so I could have a backup made when I'm ready. Fast, friendly, and professional service -- I couldn't be happier. Later that same night, I went to dinner with a friend who mentioned needing an extra key fob as well. They were one of five companies who bid to provide me with a replacement key FOB, as well as program it, for my 2022 Toyota Prius. They were professional and responsive to all of my questions, and they helped to put my mind at ease in choosing them for my project. Once I decided to move forward with the project, I was able to schedule it the same day, and they even came to my job. Shout out to Paul the technician who came to do my project. He was pleasant, respectful, and knowledgeable. He explained the process to me and a job that was initially quoted as requiring 30 minutes only took 15 to complete. I choose Keymaster LA, not only because of their customer service but because their price for: -an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) replacement key FOB -programming -1 year warranty was much cheaper than the dealer wanted to charge. Last but certainly not least shout out to Keymasters LA because not only do they take credit cards but they also do tap and pay. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs to replace and/or program a car key FOB.

Andrew, who is the manager, answered immediately, and then immediately got one of his two top locksmiths out within half an hour - this was after two other Locksmiths who boast excellent response time - Guardian Angel locksmith and FLAMMS Locksmith both in Sherman Oaks - refused and said that they were completely tied up... So much for compassion and loyalty. I got lucky and ended up with NICK who (despite me having a higher end lock that requires more effort than the usual), immediately opened it within two minutes. I know from experience that different locks can take upwards of an hour to crack depending on how complex they're created. Simply put, Sam and La Crescenta Keys & Locksmith were superb. I lost my keys, and I couldn't get into my house. Sam arrived within the hour, and re-keyed my locks swiftly and with professional expertise. He saved me money, too, by not replacing the locks. One of our handles didn't work properly we needed a locksmith to come and open the door for us after the handle fell off the door. We called white eagle locksmith and Sam arrived within 20 minutes to the rescue he open the door for us and install the handle and now everything working perfect, thank you Sam for all of your help. I highly recommend his service. Within an hour of calling him, he was at my place fixing my door lock. I broke my key inside the lock and I was unable to get into my house. Yes this happened to us tonight. We called this afternoon looking to re-key 4 deadbolt locks. They wanted to come over straight away so we said ok, why not. We asked for a quote on the phone and they said: the guy will give you a quote when he gets there. The guy arrives and my husband asks for a quote again and the guy says later and starts work. A very long 2-1/2 hours later the guy finishes the job and hands us a bill for $1700. To re-key 4 deadbolts. We refuse to pay that amount and ask to see his license. He does not have a license and calls his boss, which ends up being an international call. Ultimately we tell him to leave and call the police.

It's been a week, my front door is still not secured, no call from the owner. Who the hell conducts business like this for people who just got robbed a day or two before Christmas? I've filed a report with the LAPD. Long story short, avoid business with these people.
