Still full from dinner but not ready to be done with the day, I landed at La Cumbre for the evening. I sat at a table in the corner where I enjoyed two of their delicious beers and ate up a good few GB of their wifi on my laptop. Comfortable spot for drinking or hanging out. Excellent beers. I enjoyed my time. [Review 21085 overall - 132 in New Mexico - 48 of 2024.]

We stopped in on a Friday night for some beers. This location is very new and we enjoyed it a lot! The ambiance was great - both modern and rustic with New Mexico touches everywhere. The beer was great and the service was good as well. My only comment would be that I would love a little bit more interaction with the bartenders! This location has a great patio that would be awesome when it is warmer outside too!

I love this place! Why? It's 4 minutes from my house. It's next door to Grassburger, who will deliver. Le Cumbre is one of my favorite breweries. It's such a cool place to hang out!!! Thank you Slice of Hefen, Malpais Stout and all of the new and fun beers that are constantly rotating here! Great place!!

A friendly dog seemed to enjoy hanging out at the bar.

Although I love their beer, I can't give this place more than three stars. This bustling public house is always packed (good for them, but annoying for me); and even the few times I've been there when it was not quite wall-to-wall with millennials and their well behaved dogs, the noise level was still off the charts. On my recent visit, the M'Tucci's waitress was efficient and accurately estimated our delivery time from their location across Montano for an order of delicious (but rather tepid) truffle fries to be less than twenty minutes. Many folks seemed thrilled with their pizzas, which were cheerfully delivered in large boxes. Our handsome beertender seemed a bit snippy and overwhelmed, but delivered generous samples of three seasonal offerings -- although the porter was rich and satisfying, I went with the juicy IPA. It was stellar! I always enjoy La Cumbre's fantastic Elevated IPA and Slice Of Hefen, but there are several watering holes in ABQ that offer these at happy hour and everyday prices that are much more reasonable. There are often several top-notch seasonal brews to enjoy, so be sure to check them out.

I recently did a review on our new brewery on the Westside but accidentally posted it in the east side brewery yelp page.... Love the atmosphere, the staff and the different restaurants that provide good eats! The place is clean and well managed.

Great spot to enjoy a brew at a great price in Albuquerque! This location is pretty new and they have great seating inside our outside. Both times I have come same great bartender is working . It would be great if the my offered food but there are a few food selections within walking distance.

Well...Well! 1st visit, started with Marzen Lager brewski ABV 5.0 pretty tasty! Now being next door to Grass Burger menu in the House make this delight! Great out door patio with early sun and late afternoon shade makes it prefect for enjoying the moment.

I really enjoy this brewery. I always get a Slice Of Heffen 20 oz. It's an unfiltered wheat. It's always cold and the staff is friendly. I like the convenience of being able to walk in the Bosque and follow it up with a cold beer. They were also open on Easter which is cool. We brought sushi from next door.

Gave them another chance. Staff is rude and slow and the manager thinks he is god. Run away.

The menus are on a vinyl, to match their theme. And their drink menu is fun. What was disappointing was that 1. we had to wait 25 minutes for a bartender to show up and get our orders, then another long time to get the drinks. After the wait, a second drink was out of the question. 2. This is a vinyl lounge, and even though they had a setup for a DJ, there was no one playing but a speaker. 3. Some or our drinks did not come out with all the "frills" and effects as described on the menu, so we missed part of the experience. Not sure if it was an off night for them but my experience wasn't great.

We heard about Zema when in town so when we got a evening open we stopped in the other day. The walk up was pretty great. The location is a refurbished motel. We walked into a couple gals working the front desk. Long story short I rubbed the wrong banana but they helped me out. Once inside we grabbed a table a appreciated the clubs layout. They have some retro club music going, but no DJ. When we left about an hour later a DJ hadn't steppe dup, but the music was pretty good all the same. We had to wait for our 1st drink for a while. The gal at the front said the DJ has stepped away for a while but would be back soon enough. The drinks were ok, the service was so-so. We really wanted to like the place, hopefully next time things are more together.

Crispy Brussels sprouts had great flavor but way too much cayenne pepper (which adds nothing but heat) my husband ate them but said he would prefer less heat. I had 2 bites and gave up. Baked brie was amazing I loved the granny Smith apples! My husband loved them too. We also got the hummus duo which has dates on it and I used a date in the brie that was fantastic! I'll ask for that next time! It was the bomb. Hummus duo was good the watermelon radish was beautiful on the plate but gave both hummus a bitter flavor. Shrimp and grits. We live in Alabama currently and this was our least favorite dish of the day. Shrimp were cooked well and so were the grits but there was just something else it needed. Parmesan cheese and some onions maybe. Greek salad delicious. The flash fried chick peas made it. We needed more dressing and the wait staff was prompt and sweet about it. Spicy Lime Ceasar was ok till he requested more dressing then it was amazing. I was afraid of ordering it but the dressing wasn't too spicy . White sangria I had was disappointing it was more of a 1995 wine spritzer than a wine infused with citrus which is the very essence of sangria. It was ok and had I ordered a wine spritzer I would say yummo but I ordered sangria. Pork Belly flat bread was the winner of the night the tomato jam made that dish. I would love more on it next time but we will definitely be ordering that dish again! Yes we had a lot of left over food! But I love sampling a menu and this menu has a lot to offer. We will be back to try 4 or five other things. I look forward to my return.

In a rare turn of events, both kids got the same thing, the Korean chicken bites with the sauce on the side, which was a great decision bc it did have a kick to it. The chicken itself was a bit dry. Both adults also got the pork belly flatbread. I found it a bit unbalanced with too much sauce and not enough other toppings, and the base wasn't as crispy as I prefer. Speaking of crispy, we opted for the appetizer brussel sprouts, and they were a bit chewy and on the not so super crispy side. Service was fine, and glad to have a little break from heavier New Mexican cuisine on this night. Lots of variety on the cocktail and adult beverage menu too.
