a cup of coffee and a pastry

Under new ownership! New owners made some upgrades and the shop looks so nice and clean. They've also added more food and drink options. I'm usually just an iced coffee and croissant kinda girl but the donuts looked so yummy that I had to grab some. The ladies behind the counter are so friendly and welcoming. I will have to come back again to try the sandwiches and smoothies.

Small donut spot in a tiny strip mall with a small parking lot. Clean place, fast, friendly service. Bacon egg & cheese bagel was delicious. It was very hot & cut in half which I like. Got a couple of donuts to try, and they were fresh. Prices are comparable to other donut shops. We will definitely come back when in the area.

Meat Lover burrito is the best . If anyone happen to be around Anaheim city stop by try their donut and breakfast.

Classic California donut shop! They have lots of donuts mainly classic flavors like sprinkles, maple bars, glazed, etc. Their donuts are super fluffy and not overly sweet. If you come early they have donut holes which are usually my go to. We got 2 sprinkle donuts and they came out to $3. I always Pay cash but they do accept Apple Pay and card for a fee. Workers are always super friendly and the shop is usually pretty quiet. The store also seems pretty clean and has a few tables to sit inside.

Really good place for a Sunday morning! When you order a sandwich you get a few extra donut holes in the bag as a freebie. Super appreciated and affordable - this beauty cost less than 6$. YUMMM!

UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP. LA Donut has had some major upgrades under the new owners! Place was closed down for about a week I think but, it's back up and running great. The new owners are kind and are always welcoming customers with a smile. In my opinion, since I come here every day for coffee (I work across the street), I think the coffee flavor now is so much better than before. It seems like they clean the machines on a daily basis unlike before! All the different assortment of donuts are made with much quality and they show in the taste and visual . They also have new items to the menu(as shown in some of the pictures). Their peanut butter banana protein shake, their ham and cheese w/ jalapeño, the sausage and egg sandwich, the meat lover burrito, and beef meat pie, just to name a few, are some of the items that I've already tried and enjoyed. Strongly recommend you make LA Donut your daily place for coffee and donuts !

Donuts are good. They didn't take credit card so we had to drive around and find one... Super inconvenient.

Love this place. Run by a very nice couple. They always give you some extra donut holes or a donut just for buying some.

Thankfully, they took pity on two desperate bread hunters. When they told me the only option was buying an entire tray of 60 Senorita breads, I acted shocked for about half a second before enthusiastically saying, "Deal!" 15 mins later, we were handed a box of pure happiness. Naturally, hubby and I had to perform a thorough quality-control inspection in the car. 6 pieces each later (strictly for research purposes, of course), we confirmed the verdict: fresh, hot, buttery, soft, chewy, perfectly sweet, and dangerously addictive!!! By the time we got home, the box was already looking a little less full. The drive home basically turned into a rolling bread feast!!

You get a bag of 5 for $4, which is a fantastic deal. They serve them to you piping hot, making the bread incredibly soft and pillowy. Flavor-wise, they are pretty good--sweet, slightly buttery, with a hint of cream cheese and a caramelized sugar texture. While I wouldn't say they are absolutely life-changing, eating them fresh and hot right out of the bag makes them a delicious treat. I also tried the Ube Donut, which was really good and had a great flavor profile. A few practical perks: Parking: There is ample free parking in the lot, which makes getting in and out super easy. Location: The complex has quite a few other food spots around it, making it a great little strip to grab a bite or a quick dessert. Definitely worth a stop if you want a warm, sweet comfort snack!

This Location is in the Center street Anaheim outdoor shopping mall. You can park either on the street or in the adjacent parking garage. As i arrived around 8:30am on a Friday, there was a line out front but it was moving fairly fast. The interior of the bakery is one space divided into 2 sections. The bakery and the coffee shop. Each with their own check out stand. They also have their own separate entrance door. So, if all you wanted was a beverage, you don't have to wait in line for the bakery. The interior is warm and inviting. There is no seating inside. Just high top tables made of barrels with a top for standing. However, there is a patio outside with tables and market umbrellas. Okayama Kobo is an Artisan Japanese Bakery. Everything is made fresh daily using quality ingredients and no preservatives. They use 100% Hokkaido flower from Japan. They are best known for their signature Salt & Butter Rolls, Curry Pan, and adorable character buns like the "Kobo Kuma" I got a "salt and butter roll". It is a light fluffy bread shaped like a croissant with a buttery and light salty flavor. I also got a "Kobo Kuma" which is a soft bear shaped fluffy bread filled with vanilla bean custard. Both were warm out of the oven and melt in your mouth delicious. Okayama Kobo Bakery has locations in OC, San Diego and Hawaii. The prices are really reasonable and the service is great. I can't wait to go back to try some of their other baked goods such as the french toast as well as a signature crafted coffee. I highly recommend Okayama Kobo.

The pastries are delicious and almost too pretty to eat, and the matcha is smooth, flavorful, and one of the best I've had.
