You can tell they really care about quality and flavor combinations here. The sandwiches are also seriously underrated. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully made, and it's the kind of place where you end up wanting to try the whole menu. The staff was friendly, the space felt cozy and curated, and the whole experience just felt elevated without being pretentious. Definitely one of my favorite coffee shops in Anaheim. I tried it and although the pandan flavor could be a bit more strong, I actually really liked it. You can taste the pandan but it's very subtle. I know that pandan itself has a very subtle aroma. Even when you have it in Asian desserts, its flavor is usually very faint unless it's the artificial stuff. I would order it again but maybe ask for a little more of the pandan syrup. My husband ordered the salted caramel latte and I tried some of it. It was so good! He really liked it too. I liked the foam with the salted mocha (?) powder stuff on top... it was so good. Espresso used in the drinks were of good quality and a nice dark flavor. Interior is really cute too. Reminds me of the cafes in Korea. It we lived in the area I would come here often.
