The taco plate is delicious and comes with 4 tacos, rice and beans. The breakfast burrito at only 4.99 is an amazing deal for how much you get (it's huge), and it is the best I've had in Roswell. This used to be our first go-to place to eat. The food and service was always good. THEN, the last time we were able to dine in, we had the unfortunate experience of a big roach crawling across our table as our waitress was taking our order. We were all trying to brush it off to the floor when the waitress swung her wet dish towl at it and killed it, then she wiped it up. After that display, the waitress simply apologized and went on to take our order. I think my family and I were just caught off guard by the whole thing so we put in our order. When the food came out, it was just too hard for us to eat our meals after all that. We asked for our bill. There was no further apology or did they even offer to try to comp our meals. Some of the best juevos rancheros that I've ever had! The family and I went to the alien museum in Roswell and came here afterwards. It is an older building with not a ton of seating but far exceeded our expectations. Everyone really enjoyed their meals here and we'd highly recommend it. read more

We live in Roswell and really like this little restaurant. The food is good and we can always count on consistency. The wait staff are very friendly and no matter how long it is before we go back- they remember what we like to drink at eat. You better get there early though- it's small and fills up quickly. Great authentic Mexican/ New Mexican menu Throwback diner atmosphere with great wait staff. Had shredded beef chilaquiles with red sauce. big complements to the kitchen. my green chile cheeseburger was so hot and fresh it couldn't have been more than 45-60 seconds from grill to table. fries were also very hot fresh and perfectly crisp. whoever is in the kitchen I hope they stay.
