Margaritas were very good. Wife had the Cadillac and I had the pineapple which we upgraded to patron. Food was very fresh and good. I had flautas and my wife had the carnitas. We were then charged $2.50 for sharing....nothing extra was provided it was weird. 2 of my children also had problems with the food coming out with ingredients different from what was on the menu. If you want to know how much money to take the first time, just take $10 and see how much you can get with that. As of July 30, 2023 I was able to get 4 pastries and one 16 ounce coffee. The coffee is self serve and they use instant coffee blend: Los Portales brand - Cafe de Olla - flavored with cinnamon and brown sugar. I have been going to this bakery for at least five years and they only make quality Mexican items. Even though Foodsco sells also Mexican baked items these are made fresh every day. My favorite items are: 'orejas' , 'Conchas', 'besos' ' pan dulce' , 'niño envuelto' , ' pay queso' 'polvoron tri-color'- as you can see there's a variety of baked goods in this bakery that are worth to try, but those would be my recommendation. Staff only speaks Spanish. You can always use Google translate to ask questions in Spanish or take a Mexican friend that could explain what each item. I am including a picture of my latest purchases. The place is very relaxed and everybody is focused on just getting the items that they would like to purchase on the tray.
