Their coffee, tea, and baked goods are fantastic, but the main reason I love this place is because it's very cozy and the perfect place to read, study, catch up with a friend, or go on a date. They have a special, themed menu that changes every month. There is almost always seating available. They have a small book exchange, often sell local art, have cute merch, and just opened up a bakery right next door with extra seating. I'm kind of a snobbish third-wave coffee person and although this place isn't trying to be that way, it still is my favorite spot because of the overall vibe, how genuinely kind and down to earth the baristas are, and how comfortable it is. A lot of coffee shops are so brightly lit and trying to be hipster still in 2026, but this place is just kind of homey and the classic cozy coffee shop we all want to go to. So if you're a hardcore coffee connoisseur and are looking for the highest quality coffee, this might not be your spot. My latte came with toasted coconut flakes sprinkled on top. It was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had in my life! The staff is friendly and efficient. The place has a feel of having been there for a long time with large wood booths or separators. I ordered the grilled pastrami and Swiss sandwich and got it with their potato salad. The pastrami was griddled and has an old school flavor and style with some nice crunch from the sourdough. A great sandwich overall! Parking in the neighborhood wasn't too hard to find along the street and even if you need to park a block or two away, the neighborhood is nice to walk through.
