These food trucks are now capable of whipping up gourmet meals that could potentially rival any local sit down restaurant. At this particular location, the trucks only come out on Friday night, with 9-11 different trucks to choose from. They also provide live music and fun games for the family. They do provide 5 gallon buckets that are used for seats, and a couple of planks/boards that can be used as tables while you are scarfing down your food. Some folks just bring their own chairs, as those buckets eventually make your ass pretty sore. The flavor was there, but it was insanely spicy- even as someone with a med/high spice tolerance. You could feel the burn traveling down to your stomach. It was a soggy maida roll stuffed with the same aloo masala from the Vada Pav, plus a few sad shreds of cabbage. That's it. And they had the audacity to charge $12 for it. ($1.50 for cheese, lol I am glad we didn't add)This isn't a Frankie -- it's a lazy repackaged Vada Pav with no flavor or creativity. They threw in some pickled jalapeños on the side, which only added confusion. If you're running a fusion menu(well partially), at least mention it upfront instead of misleading customers. It was surprisingly busy for a Sunday night, but the line moved efficiently and I had my food about 10 minutes after ordering. They also make it easy to pay, accepting cash, card, and Zelle. I ordered the lengua, cabeza, and tripa tacos for $10 even, which is an excellent value. The tacos were a good size with corn tortillas and a ton of cilantro and onions. Each meat had a great texture, with the cabeza being especially tender and flavorful. They offer three different salsas, and the salsa roja was my favorite and had the best balance of flavor and heat without overpowering the tacos. Overall, this is a great late-night taco spot with fair prices, quick service, and quality food. I wouldn't quite call it the best tacos I've ever had, but it's absolutely a place I'll be coming back to regularly whenever the craving hits. 4/5

When paying by credit card, the machine presents fairly high default tip options, and with someone holding it right in front of you, it can feel like pressure to quickly choose one of the 15%+ options. As others have mentioned, the total adds up quickly. For two regular burritos and a manually entered $3 tip, we paid $27.50. For really solid burritos, that price would be fine. But based on this last visit, it was not worth it, and unfortunately, this may be our last trip there.
