This is honestly the best taco truck I've ever been to family owned very nice. They always cater to whatever we want. They take our ideas and run with it and make us amazing food. They're always there when we need them. Best taco truck ever.

carne asada torta with an excess of beans

Came here after everything else was closed on a Saturday night around midnight. In a quiet nice location next to Safeway, so plenty of parking. The service was quick and easy and the person taking the order was super kind! They also accept apple pay!! I ordered the carne asada torta, which I give an 8/10. If there was a little more mayo and less beans, it would've been so much better. But I didn't mind. It was still super yummy! I would def come back.

THIS PLACE IS DELICIOUS. Wanted to try out a new taco truck since we usually go to the same one every time and decided on this one. Gosh no regrets on that one. Absolutely cleared our plates. Very nice staff too

Pambazo: chorizo, potatoes, lettuce, sour cream and cheese
    Maddison R.

Seen this place driving by and have been wanting to try for forever. I tried the pambazo and the milanesa torta. The pambazo is potatoes, chorizo, lettuce, sour cream and cheese on a bread that's been soaked in a sauce (not spicy) and grilled slightly. I have never had one before and it was really good! The chorizo was very flavorful and the bread wasn't overpowering. The torta had beans, meat, onions, and some sort of light sauce. The torta was good but kinda small compared to the usual size of one. It was pretty busy, it took a little while to get our food but there was a good amount of seating available. Overall would comeback again, especially to try more of the menu.

This place is incredible. The food is soooooooo good. My favorite item on their menu is the carne asada fries. Everyone is so kind here too!

My first time having a Pambazos which they described as a wet sandwich. It was great... very flavorful! The staff was very nice and courteous. I also had a great conversation while I was waiting with someone who is originally from Mexico City who was telling me about life there. Hope to go visit when Covid is in the rear view mirror!

Me and my girlfriend tried to go there a few months ago and realized that the city has shut them down due to health code violations as 12/28/23. Avoid this food truck at all costs! It doesn't seem like their cleanliness was up to par according to the city! Take your money elsewhere!

Pambazo (Pam-Bah-So), aka torta dipped in red chilli sauce then griddle fried for a crunchy outside. I got it with Al Pastor. Slightly messy, but totally worth it. Also got a burrito with chorizo to round it out. A return trip is in order to try out the Champion Burrito and Torta Cubana. Only in San Jose, would you find a Mexican taco truck, in the parking lot of an Ethiopian market, next door to an American BBQ restaurant.

If you want a yummy dinner or late night snack you need to come to Los Pambazos food truck. The tables with little lantern type lights. The food is amazing try the corn taco their popular item. Our second time hubby tried the pambazos and was delish too. Owner super friendly! We will be back.

Whooooa, what is this place! Well it's a truck tucked away on Winchester at the time. I didn't think I'd be able to try new Mexican food around here! But their pambazo was sooo unique! It's definitely the thing to get if you're trying out the place the first time. Didn't understand half of the menu and the lady was so nice and helpful! Even gave us some quesadilla to try! If you want something healthy, the alambres is definitely the go to, didn't know what it was at the time but it's basically a stir fry of steak meat, mushrooms, and bell peppers. 100% would come back and bring more friends!

    Pombazo $10, guava drink $3

I was running errands and got hungry so I stopped here and this was my experience... - Nearly no designated parking. If there was I didn't see it. - service was quick and friendly - pambazo wasn't what I expected but then again I never had one before. Didn't have too much flavor in my opinion. Maybe if it had chorizo in it. Overall, not too impressed but it was a good meal at the time.

Whenever I'd hear about a food truck back in the day, the first thing that would come to mind is prepackaged food. However, those days are long gone! These food trucks are now capable of whipping up gourmet meals that could potentially rival any local sit down restaurant. At this particular location, the trucks only come out on Friday night, with 9-11 different trucks to choose from. They also provide live music and fun games for the family. They do provide 5 gallon buckets that are used for seats, and a couple of planks/boards that can be used as tables while you are scarfing down your food. (Roughly under $4 per taco, I had a slightly lower price at night) Tacos Santiaguito is conveniently located in a huge parking lot off Saratoga Ave and Stevens Creek Blvd. During the day around noon, there's a different truck parked here that I personally prefer. I first stopped by a few weeks ago and ordered the cabeza, lengua, and tripa. The lengua was tough, the cabeza was decent, and the tripa was bland. I went home ready to type up a review, but after reading that they're better known for their al pastor, asada, and campechanos, I decided to hold off and give them the benefit of the doubt with a second visit. Stopped by again tonight, and unfortunately, they're consistently average at best. The workers looked like they didn't really want to be there on either visit, they're pretty skimpy with a strict two-sauce-cup maximum, and none of the meats really stood out. Out of the six tacos I've tried here, the cabeza and al pastor were the best. However, the bar is pretty low. It's a textbook 3/5, wouldn't make a special trip out.
