We also had the Provola affumicata e salame calabro crostoni. The salame was spicy but delicious. The dough had amazing flavors of garlic and cheese. It was simply delightful. My husband had the sea bass in a lemon butter sauce with potato's. The potato's had a nice crisp on the outside. I had the special of the day, which was the ragu with sausage, meatballs and short ribs. The pasta was similar to a rigatoni but bigger. The sauce was delicious. Their house wine was a perfect touch to pair with our meal. We ended it with some limoncello. We were too full to eat any dessert. I'm sure it would have been delicious. After each course, they brought out clean silverware, which is a nice touch. The pizza and gnocchi were the best we had in Italy, and breathtaking views of the Amalfi Coast made the meal even better. Tony was so nice he even gave us a ride back to our hotel. They offer a free shuttle to their restaurant from downtown Sorrento and it's the perfect place to catch the sunset.
