Our grandkids have a super early school lunchtime (10:55) and I wanted to surprise them with lunch at their elementary school before our visit to their annual book fair. It's hard to find a takeout restaurant that serves lunch before 10:30. This location opens at 10 and was very accommodating to insure the lunches were ready in plenty of time for me to make the trek to the school and get through the school security vetting process on time for the lunch period. The wonderful employee behind the counter even packaged their small ice cream treats in a plastic bag with ice to keep the ice cream sandwiches from melting as I forgot to bring an insulated cooler. I ordered one each of the kids hamburger, grilled cheese and chicken strip meals for our three. The two 5 year olds and 8 year old ate every bite of their lunches and said it was delicious. Thank you for being so awesome!
