This a great gym that I work out at occasionally. They have lots of exercise machines and very friendly employees. Service: The employees are very friendly and helpful. They have various programs that you can sign up for. Selection: The selection of machines here is very good. They have treadmills, bicep curl machines, and knee extension machines. I've been coming here for the past two years and have to say that this gym does provide the overall needs of weight equipment, group fitness classes, and specialized classes such as Pilates and Spin. My favorite classes here are the Aqua Fitness and Zumba. They are a great hit. The pool is always on the colder side. I've asked the front desk a few times to turn up the heat but they say they cannot do anything as it's automatic. I ask them to check the sensors to see when it was the last time it was calibrated. You definitely have a faulty sensor. The pool is utterly cold and I've gotten sick and the chills after swimming laps or even doing the fitness classes. Also the containers that house the water dumbbells have black mold growing inside and that's a health violation. I just bring my own and not use the gym. In terms of cleanliness of the gym it is definitely under par. The ladies restrooms always need maintenance. It's always wet and lacking toilet paper. I've been here a few times where there is a smell of sewer coming from the floors. One of the ladies told me it was sewer blockage and back up clog as there was black looking water. Disgusting! Don't get me started on the hair that's surrounding the drain! It is super frustrating not being able to shower after a workout and get to work. Some of the lockers are broken as well and it's been weeks before they are fixed. Honestly management really do need to do a better job and maintaining this gym and keeping it clean. The only positive I can say are the fitness teachers here are good and the front desk staff are always friendly and greet you. read more

Front staff dude with glasses brown hair is rude. there was a line building up. patiently waiting for elderly person to scan. he scans and then takes 30 seconds to sit down and get out of way. at this point i'm blocking the door. I move to the side and show my phone and then he doesn't scan me and says there's a line. they all follow me and get scanned in... so he made me wait 1 min to scan in when he Could have announced to everyone HEY GUYS GO TO THE SIDE I CAN HELP YOU. so i did your job for you; and you still made me wait? and then he has the audacity to say have a good workout. idiot read more

Hey guys, this is my new gym. The parking is great. Plenty of spots right in front. The gym smells clean. It has a very large front entry. I have not learned all the machines and areas to explore over time. There is a nice place to get a shake and sit and relax. The staff is friendly and helpful. I have not explored other areas but will soon. It has not been too crowded on the days I have visited. Hope to use this location multiple times a week. read more

What a beautiful facility! The place is huge with plenty of equipment so no need to wait...love that! Everything was clean and weights were properly racked and put in its place. Jose at LA Fitness is the definition of a 21st century scammer. I went in to cancel my membership, and instead of handling it honestly, he convinced me to stay by offering a "promotion" -- the same plan with a guest included for cheaper. He specifically told me the guest privilege would be part of the deal. That was a lie. After I signed the promotion, I was later told I had to pay a $45 fee plus an additional $20 per month to have the guest -- something he never disclosed upfront. He misrepresented the entire offer just to keep the membership active. Months later, nothing has been fixed. Every time I go into LA Fitness, I have to explain the situation all over again and ask for Jose. It's frustrating and embarrassing. When I confronted him in front of others, he acknowledged what he did and promised he would fix it. More empty promises. He has ignored my calls for months. Whenever I call and ask for him, I'm told he's "busy" and that he'll call me back. That call never happens. This is dishonest, unprofessional behavior from someone in a management position. Customers should not be misled just to close a deal. If you care about transparency and integrity, be very cautious dealing with Jose & this LA fitness. read more

Seems like this is the LA Fitness the company forgot about. There's always multiple things scheduled for service for weeks at a time, especially in the men's bathroom. The men's sauna has had roaches in it for over a year. They used to have a basketball court too but replaced it for a private training room where 85% of the room is unoccupied at all times. There's not enough space or equipment to account for the rise of foot traffic in the area. Overall it seems like they're lagging behind the other commercial gyms in the area. read more

non working sauna. Not hot at all. DIRTY facilities. Bathrooms not cleaned regularly. Not a good functioning gym.

I'm a member of LA fitness. Over the last 4 weeks, I have been quietly and politely alerted the shift managers about the cockroach infestation in the men's dry sauna, 3 separate times; a week apart each time. I have seen live cockroaches crawling around in the area 4/5 times I was in there. Each time, the supervisor stated that they would check it out. Yet, the problem persists and I doubt any abatement efforts were taken. The video is from this morning 4/24/2025. Perhaps, they will consider more drastic actions when this problem is addressed in public forums and with forwarded complaints to LA Fitness Corporate Office and The Better Business Bureau. read more

I do NOT recommend William when you sign up as he was dishonest about pricing and was upselling me. Didn't show me all of the options and was pushing for the higher tiered ones. I would not advise going to this club nor the company. I was given a 7 Day trial with free cancellation. I never agreed or signed anything, however I got an email with a contract of filled with my "signature and initials". I tried cancelling my trial the day of, but I was told I had to mail in a form. I followed their cancellation process a day after, and this company has made it all a nightmare by not even answering my calls or emails. I have been essentially charged $150 for just one day use after being lied to that I have a 7 day grace period to cancel. Can't trust this company as a whole. You're better off going to Crunch or 24 Fitness which are just around the corner from this location. read more
